We needed three fence posts replaced to stop our fence from sagging and eventually falling over. Most of the fence contractors did not want to bother with such a small job and either ignored us or bid unreasonably high , but Arturo at AS Quality Construction responded to us within hours and gave us a very sensible quote and was able to begin work in just a two days.

His workman showed up on time and began working and Arturo showed up a bit later and in about 2 hours from start to finish replaced the three broken/rotted fence posts with new pressure treated posts and set them in concrete and reset the fence to upright.

Job was well done and they cleaned up thoroughly. We did get several other quotes and AS Quality Construction was considerably lower than the others. I would recommend them and I will definitely keep them in mind for additional future work. JimmyT in Folsom

Arturo was awesome! I needed them to finish the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom of the unit I purchased. I had a roof leak in the last big storm. They were able to come right out to take a look. Took pictures to show me what and where the problem was. They asked a fair price and fixed it the same day. It rained two days later and no more leak! I plan to use them for many more projects and repairs in the future.

I had some roof repair needed, broken tiles, and dry rot. After contacting various roof repair companies, one person even gave me a quote over the phone without even physically seeing my roof, I was starting to get a little frustrated. Then I came across A S Quality Construction! I spoke with the owner Arturo who said he could come out and give me an estimate later that same day. When he arrived I pointed out the problem that I saw, He then got on the roof and inspected the entire roof for any cracked or dislodged tile. Everything looked good with the exception of my initial problem. He took pictures and told me he would give me an estimate later that day. When he called he gave me a very fair estimate on the repair. I was happy and agreeable with it and hired him. When he showed up for the job he was on time, professional and ready to work. My house is 28 years old so the tiled roof is in good shape but has faded some over the years so it's tough to match up new tile with the older. Arturo took the new tile (which is a little different shade) and replaced some of the original tile from the back of the house (which no one sees) and moved the original tile to the front so everything matches. Great idea! Now my roof is in tip top shape and ready for the winter rains. (Hoping there will be winter rains).
I have found a reliable, trustworthy contractor in Arturo and I can feel assured that if I have a roofing problem in the future I know who to call.
