Had a leak in my garage roof, still after 9 trips in over a year they can't fix the leak. You have to call them over 10 times for them to show up every time. Was recently told I was going to be contacted back, never heard a thing. They are asking for more money to evaluate further. I told them no, and that I wanted my money back or the leak fixed. Still waiting to hear back and it's over 2 weeks. Going to report them to the BBB as they refuse to fix the leak or return my money. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company, wish I did.

I was quoted for a full replacement an entire flat roof. Flashings, vents, new plywood. Instead they did a botch job repair and just rolled over the existing 16 yr old roof with new asphalt. The roof leaks as bad if not worse than before. I have called many times, spoken to numerous different people, been lied to by to by their sales rep Beau Bryant. they have not sent anyone to look at/fix/or re do the job. They don't return calls. I have filed a complaint with better business bureau and am now taking them to court to sue them as its the only way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find another

BEWARE EVERYONE!!!!! We make the GIANT mistake of using this company. We were given an estimate by their salesman Beau and ran over our budget by over $4,000. They put the wood in the contract but lied to us about how much we would need as well as they never finished the work. We had primed painted Facia boards, they are oddly missing. The ""Foreman"" Jason came to our house to collect the final payment and it turned into a screaming match where he just said things over again , a circular conversation. Then he kept pounding on our front door after we asked him to leave our property 5 times saying he wanted to""make things right"" MORE MONEY.....Really ? Ripoff artists, shabby work, stay away from this company please, they will give you a heart attack and aggervation.

Leak returned after 2 weeks. Wanted an additional $700 to fix it properly. Customer service very bad. Mgr. Patrick is impossible. I'm leaving for the season, and won't know if the leak was really fixed till I come back in the Fall. Lived up to all the bad things you hear about Florida contractors.

We had roof work done in 2009 with a 4 year warranty on labor and materials. In March, 2011 we called with a problem and they came out to remediate the situation. A couple of months later, the roof started leaking again. By this time the bedroom ceiling had collapsed due to the amount of water that had accumulated. This company refused to accept responsibility and refused to discuss this with us. We ended up contacting another company who came out right away to correct the problem. Needless to say this was an expensive repair. Please ask for references and talk to the past clients to determine the type of service they received. We didn't do this unfortunately. Beware..
