I should have chosen a different company ... project took 8 days with no communication; project manager basically abandons the job to go on vacation the day my project started... why not schedule it when he came back instead of having all materials just sit open in my driveway for days .. stopped the job while telling me to get an electrician out, due to 2 light sconces interfering with the soffit...basically giving me a panic attact.... (manager should have told me to have them removed beforehand in my opinion) all while up charging me $5,000 higher than signed contract and what was agreed on. No way I got that much wood replaced... my whole house isn't even 800 square feet... they didn't even put soffit all the way around my house. Missed the most important area inside my lanai....... paid cash to get a discount. What a JOKE .... the roof looks better. I give them that, but what an unprofessional experience all the way around .....I will NOT be recommending this roofing company to anybody!
