I met Johnny on a whim when I was trying to figure out why my basement flooded every time it rained. Different contractors over the years had tried to fix the issue, but it would still happen with heavy rain.

Finally, Johnny came by the house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained in detail what he would do to fix it. I am no expert, but he is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to trust. I gave him the greenlight to tear up my concrete and add drains along my property. It has now been almost 2 years, and plenty of heavy rain days. No flooding, no moisture, no water related issues anymore.

Also, the drains are barely noticeable and didn't take away from our overall aesthetic. He and his team did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Johnny is not only extremely knowledgeable at what he does but he is very easy to deal with as far as communication and reliability. He waterproofed our foundation and also added a French drain with a sump pump, he explained the entire process and was very effective.

We purchased an older home in Los Angeles in which are daughter lives. There were significant drainage issues on the property and a California basement with a concrete floor with a crumbling surface. With other repairs necessary in the home, John helped us to prioritize the projects and get the most bang for our buck. He removed the old concrete floor paint and resurfaced with a durable epoxy. He installed a surface drain on the low part of the property in front of the garage, leading to a sump pump which brings water up to street level. He took the time to construct and plan the system such that if a French drain is ever necessary on a vulnerable side of the house, it would be able to tie into the existing work.
John and his crew were great, worked everyday, and always communicated what they were doing.
I can highly recommend John without any reservations and will definitely use his services in the future.

I worked with Johnny and AR on a big drainage and moisture problem at my house. The basement had mold, which he removed and did a whole negative side moisture barrier. Then he did a French drain system and surface water drain system with a sub pump to get the water off the property, preventing the moisture and mold from coming back.
AR was very responsive, accurate, easy to work with, and thorough. I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone. Johnny even helped me with a little work that wasn't on the original estimate as a favor.

I had called Johnny at AG contracting 2 years ago for a drain issue that we had in our backyard. He came out with himself and a couple employees installed a drain what he recommended would work. this review is long overdue but because it hardly rains here we never really got to see if the pump work correctly or not cause it has hardly rained. Last we get poured. The drain worked awesome!

I'd like to highly recommend AR Landscape for French Drain installing. Johnny Delamora personally designed and installed a rather complex French Drain system along our house. He was wonderful. The drain works amazingly, we had one heavy rain so far and I enjoyed every minute of it because my basement was dry! Johnny explains everything thoroughly and sticks to the estimate and time frame.
