A-Pro Roofing team did a phenomenal job coordinate removing the existing roof of 4 layers on our 1950's old house and installing a beautiful new roof, Despite facing extreme temperatures, challenging roof angles, replacing some roof wood, installing roof airflow vents and painting trim boards, before installing the new roof. This level of attention to detail and organization made the entire process stress-free for me.

A Pro- Roofing was referred to us by our public adjuster & I'm grateful that they were able to take on the task of restoring the roof. Positive attributes on a professional note is that the company is licensed, bonded & insured. They offer documents to back it up and are transparent about coverage. Noted in their forms is Workmanship warranty and Manufacturer material warranty. Regarding permits/codes or things of that nature, don't be afraid to ask, Cristian was helpful about it. The company has their own restrooms (port-o-potties) as well, and equipment. If anything was needed, they went to the local home improvement store to grab it.

Cristian and his crew made the experience a much more pleasant one, than it would have been otherwise. Cristian was a kind guy to interact with & seems to really care about his clients. He came by first visit to showcase material samples and colors. He'd come by and check up on the project. He wants the homeowner taken care of and to be happy at the end of the day. He would even lend a hand up on the roof or motivate the crew. He is communicative and is prompt to answer questions or make things clearer in the process. Since my family assigned me the task of overseeing this big home project (lucky me) I did ask a lot of questions and wanted to be pro-active about certain aspects but Cristian was patient about it.

The crew of many, some of which were named Freddy, Armando and Angel, are a group of hardworking guys. They arrived on time, worked diligently and listened to concerns when addressed. The roof looks sturdy & the shingles consistent. Color scheme turned out great. Thank you all. We will have to wait for rainy/hail season, but are hopeful that it will withstand any turbulent weather to come.

In closing, I'm stating something I wish was told to me beforehand, just for preparation ::: Homeowners should do their due diligence and inform themselves about the process of roof repair or replacement. Ask questions, read articles, talk with any educated people in the field. It should come to no surprise, that having to go through the replacement or fixing of a damaged roof is not a comfortable experience. If you're living in the home while the renovations are taking place, you will be unsettled to hear all the loud noises. Just take it one day at a time & you will get through it! It's gotta be done at the end of the day. Research and trust who you hire, and thank them when it's all done.

I will never go to another roofer, A-pro is the best! Our roof was leaking from the hurricane and I was calling around begging someone to fix my roof before rainy season started. Nobody would give me the time of day until I called here. Christian answered right away and came out to give me a quote in a matter of days. His rate was less than my home owners insurance quoted me and they got the job done fast! They arrived on time for the quote and the work.
