I moved from only roofing to becoming a General Contractor, ensuring homeowners understand their insurance claims to secure their funds. I take care of every trade necessary for a homeowner's insurance claim. After serving 20 years in the Military, I retired in 2001 and volunteered in Louisiana, aiding FEMA in tarping homes post-Hurricane Gustav and Ike. I learned how to assist people as an Independent Insurance Adjuster and discovered that homeowners can earn 20% more if they hire a General Contractor for their insurance claims.
