I highly recommend Mario with A Precision Roofing company. He gave me a good competitive Aestimate and also did some replacements of decorative beams on my house. He gave me before and after pictures, which I appreciate because you can't really see your roof without them. He and his workers were always professional and easy to work with. During the construction of the roof we had a rain storm with very high winds. His workers put tarps on but they must have blown off because I was getting leaks In my house. It was around 10:30 at night when I texted Mario that there were leaks. He came over during the storm and spent two hours on the roof fixing the tarps and making sure it wasn't leaking anymore. I have so much respect for his work ethic for doing that to stop my leaks. Anyone should feel confident in having a great result with Mario and his crew!

I highly recommend Mario at A Precision Roofing for an entire reroof project! From the beginning he was very informative, honest, reliable, and pleasant to work with. His estimate was fair and competitive to other estimates I received from local roofers. We added a service along the way and was charged a very reasonable cost. His team did a wonderful job cleaning up roofing debris and nails on the property. He also provided many photos of the reroof from start to finish.

Honest. Reasonably priced. How often do you hear those two words when contacting or working with a roofing contractor?? Well, both words accurately describe Mario Zambrano and the team at A Precision Roofing. We woke up on 12/26/19 to a hole in the living room of my parents home. And rain was in the forecast... In somewhat of a panic, I called several contractors, but because of the Holiday, did not immediately hear back from anyone. Mario was one of two that did call, and came out to inspect the roof within 24 hours. He provided a thorough and honest assessment, along with a reasonable quote. Furthermore, he provided solid advice and details about the repair, which gave us a sense of relief. We hired them to do the work on 12/30/19, and they completed the job on 1/2/20. His work crew was on time; and they took great care to clean up the area after the work was done. Mario himself maintained contact with me, and personally delivered the invoice and warranty, which we appreciated. Definitely recommend!!

With the recent rain, we experienced a first time leak in our home (on Christmas night), so I needed someone to come check out the leak right away. The next morning I called right at 8am and they arrived in less than an hour, thankfully the rain had stopped and he went right on the roof and identified the problem and gave us a temporary fix but nonetheless a fix and I was very grateful. I will definitely call him again when it's time to replace the roof!

So, SO grateful to have found these guys! We bought an older home that needed some extra love, but had no idea how many quirks we'd discover along the way. Our roof had several leaks and on a day of a huge rainstorm, we quickly realized that we needed to get them patched up. We called on a whim to see if we could get same day help and luckily, Mario Zambrano was out here less than an hour later to help. I don't even understand how, but he got on the roof in the pouring rain and was able to quickly stop each leak. He was kind, professional, and the price was more than fair. They even checked in during the next rainstorm weeks later to make sure that there was no issue with the repair and of course, there wasn't! Thank you guys!!

These guys are awesome. I had to call a few places before but they either don't have 24 hour services or charge too much. I'm happy I called Mario, not only was the quote doable but they got here the next morning. If you're going to book them, make sure you ask about the ""first time client special,"" which is $350. Mario was cool about honoring all the checkups for my roof. Efficient service and would definitely recommend.

Thank you for helping me remove the old stump and roots from my backyard the last owner didnt take care of it too well. The roots were all dry and breaking but the main stump was stuck it was too large for me to cut by myself so I am soooo glad you came through! I just swish I knew the size of your work truck before I arranged parking with my neighbors. But at least the noise wasn't too bad and the wntire process didn't take that long at all! The price was reasonable and professional Thanks again my kids finally have a whole backyard to play in! It's such a stress relief to get that overwith. I am happy I don't have to worry about them tripping while they play back there anymore.

Mario came over during a rainstorm while we were suffering from a leak and basically pilfered $350 from us just to come over and apply $10 worth of sealant - which DID NOT WORK. Once I reported to him that the leak was not properly dealt with he would only come back for another $150 - at which he said it was a stucco issue and wouldn't be able to help. I had a proper roofing come out and they found the issue - avoid this company. $500 down the drain.
