Adrian and his crew were great - professional, fast, and super easy to work with. Adrian came when scheduled. gave me my roofing options, ascertained that I could successfully go with the less expensive one, then got the job done over 2 days. He repainted my flashing the color I provided (which required some extra work) and was responsive and helpful throughout. It hasn't rained since he redid my flat roof 2 weeks ago but I'll update this review when it does ;-). I highly recommend him and his company.

Adrian and Armando were very receptive and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The crew was on time each morning, very professional and did great work. They listened and responded to any changes we wanted to make and I would use them again. I have already recommended them to friends.

A couple of winters ago, I had some pretty bad leaks in my roof and hired Adrian to patch it as a quick fix until I could get the roof done the next spring.
He does the patching and also replaces a couple of skylights, now I have more leaks than I started out with.
I called to let him know about the leaks and when I removed the ceiling in some parts of my house, I could literally see daylight coming through where they allegedly patched the roof.
He came over a few times and threw a tarp up here and there which never actually addressed the issue. He put a bunch of goop around one of the skylights he installed, but it still leaked.
When it came time for a new roof, He wanted half the money up front.
I asked him about a permit and he said that wasn't necessary and I said it was absolutely necessary. After that he didn't return my calls and became even more flaky, so I went out and found someone else.

I contracted to have some of my own tarps put on my leaking roof until I could afford to re-roof. They only had time to put up one tarp since they had other customers that needed emergency service that moderately rainy day.

It was good enough to cover the part of my roof that leaked so far. This was in October of 2016.

I allowed them to take care of their other customers with the understanding that they would come back another day to finish covering the rest of the roof.

The tarp came loose a few weeks later (during a very windy day) and they came back to re-attach it. They brought more sticks to hold down the tarp (and future tarps) and left their safety rope attached to the roof-ridge.

I gave the owner a nice used extra ladder of mine for his effort to come back to re-attach since I had not given him any money yet because the job was not finished.

I made many calls over the past 2 years to get them back to finish but they decided to finally tell me they weren't going to.

Odd behavior but I made out OK in terms of not losing any money on the deal.

I was hoping that they would come back to finish and they abandoned the job so I need to find someone else.

A skylight we added to our master bathroom started leaking. The company that did the installation when we replaced the roof maybe a dozen years ago wasn't interested. Another roofer said the installation was wrong and the skylight and the surrounding asphalt shingles would need to be replaced for $2,750. Adrian Mendoza looked over the problem, agreed that the installation was wrong and said that it would be $320 to fix it. In a couple of hours he and his helper pulled everything off, put it all back together and packed up the debris. Before he left, Mr. Mendoza said, ""If you ever have any more problems with that, just call me."" April's Pineapple Express poured inches of water on Oakland but not a drop of it made it into our house, thanks to Adrian Mendoza Roofing.

Not sure about best pricing in town but no show when promised. When I call to find out status, I get excuses after excuses. Even though we made payment plans, it feels like they r always asking for $$. Make sure you don't pay them in full unless job completed- mistake we have learned!
