Very disappointed with the overall installation and continuous problems I have encountered since I had a new roof installed. The first leak which occurred immediately after the roof was installed, was blamed on a faulty chimney. I brought two contractors out, both saying the new flashing was the cause of the leak. Finally I was able to prove to Charlie what the problem was. His solution, caulk. Second leak occurred in a different room, after several calls, he finally sent his employee to make that repair. Shortly thereafter a third leak occurred, he came out with his employee and said the seam had shrunk and he made that repair. Now the biggest leak is the fourth leak and I can't get a response. I now need a new roof and to replace the ceiling in two rooms and open a wall where the water travels between. All of this in 1 1/2 years.

Next call is to an attorney.

One star is more than generous. My roof is under 10 years old and this is the third leak. I Have tried calling numerous times in the past two weeks to report a roof leak again. Under warranty. No calls back. I also had a leak awhile back and it took a long time as well. And was repaired poorly. I am willing to change this if they come back and address the issue. Right now , I have a bad leak. My ceiling is about to fall in with weight of water. Charlie isn't standing by his work. I would NOT recommend them based on the lack of follow thru.

A & M Fox Roofing is the best, I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Two years ago Charlie Fox, replaced my roof. The price was very fair, the work done promptly, the crew efficient, and they cleaned up the site beautifully when they were done. The best part Charlie, stands by his work. As noted he did my roof two years ago, when I recently had a leak, that turned out to be my AC system. Charlie, fixed it FREE!!! Just to make his customer (me) happy. I could have had a disaster trying to get the AC guys to accept the responsibility, but Charlie stepped up. WOW, that is what I call customer service. I have never had a more positive experience with any vendor, or business.

This is a very honest roofing contractor who does an excellent job at an honest price. I had a roof leak where a contractor was actually trying to charge me $6,000 for the job (see my other review for details)!! Charlie quoted me a price of ""anywhere from $750-$1500"" depending on how much damage there was under the tiles. I fully expected to pay the $1,500. So when he said it was just going to be $750 I was shocked. Now that's honesty!! Because he could have easily said $1,500 and there was no way for me to know otherwise. This repair was back in 2011 and my roof hasn't leaked since then. I highly recommend them for any roof work you may need.
