UPDATE: On July 12, 2023 right after I posted this review, Daniel reached out to me and asked me to take down the review and that he would look into getting our warranties issued. I received several texts since then with assurances that they are working on getting the warranties issued and still no warranties have been issued. Every time I would text asking about it there was an excuse that ""someone"" was looking into it. I have reached out via text again yesterday (9/26/23) and today (9/27/23) and now; they are not responding back. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company and again, would never recommend them to anyone. I have had some friends that were looking for new roofing and have told them to stay far away from A.J. Roofing. It's unfortunate I can't give them negative stars.

When trusting someone to do something as important as repair of your roof or do other work on your property, it's important that they be trustworthy. One of the best indicators of this is how they pay attention to little details like complying with the do not call laws. This business doesn't think it needs to comply with the do not call law. It's a very simple law. Don't call people that are on the list. They think it's amazing and that they're above the law. If they don't think they have to comply was such a little rule why would you trust him with a little details or much bigger ones involved in assessing and repairing your roof or doing any other construction work.

Criminal organization. Beware. They broke the law by telling me that I give them 10 quality leads for them to sell to and they'd waive my deposit. I told the seller that I had just begun my search and would be talking to at least three roofers. Then the seller downplayed a form I needed to sign. Later while meeting with other roofers they told me I had broken a work order and they we're going to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay them 15% of the cost of my roof claim. So they broke the law, then lied to me then threatened me.

Used to be R&R Exteriors but had to change their name because of the BBB so they could continue their scam.

Criminal organization stay away.

People with integrity are way to rare in this time. I was pleasantly surprised with my dealings with A.J. Roofing and Construction. There was some miscommunication between us. I misunderstood some pricing and made a down payment. When I called and discussed it with them they graciously agreed to refund my down payment! How's that for a surprise in the world we live in now!

This company is completely unprofessional and will do everything they can to get an insurance check from you. They will do a poor job on all their roof jobs. Don't care or take any consideration for the customer. Will price gouge and take advantage of people that don't know any better. Management is terrible and it seems like every other day I get a call saying someone else will be handling my file so it must be a revolving door. They use sub par products like atlas shingles but claim to be ceritified with Owens Corning. They will not honor any warranties they give you and could care less if you get a leak after the roof is installed. Beware and don't do business with this company!

Used to be R & R Exteriors - be very careful about using a roofer who offers an advertising contract in lieu of paying your insurance deductible. That's a violation of law and can get you into trouble. Check their BBB complaints under the old business name. Pushy sales persons, take advantage of customers who do not know the ins and outs of hail damage claims. Just be sure to check these people out and make sure your insurer will work with them.

I am very happy with the new roof by AJ Roofing and Construction. There were no surprises or tricks. They were helpful dealing with insurance and my mortgage company. They completed the job on the day they agreed, went over the work with me when done, and left my property very clean. I highly recommend.

We recently had our roof replaced from a hail storm and had a great experience with A.J. Roofing! Jason Gamez was our contact and he was amazing! Very available, easy to work with, and made the process so effortless for us. He went above and beyond and made a last minute change we requested the night before the job was to start and never complained. Jason was understanding and patient. The roofers did excellent, swift and clean work (not a nail to be found!) all in one day on a 3800 sq ft house! I highly recommend A.J. Roofing and Jason Gamez in particular.

Ryan Tyner the consultant with AJ Roofing went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service, showing up before the crew on the day of the build and not leaving until after the crew was done, he made sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy! This company was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!
