Both father and son showed up at my house in a timely manner. No other roofer actually got onto my roof to inspect, but these guys did. Most other companies gave me a breakdown based on square footage from their vendor's aerial footage of the house and tried to up sale me on new concrete tiles that really didn't need replacing. These guys were honest and straight to the point. I appreciated that.

The one thing that really made them less valued on my part was the cleanup. Nails were left everywhere, last Friday, I stepped on a nail leftover from the roofers and had to get a tetanus shot (which I was due for anyway) just in case. It went into my foot about a 1/2 inch on my heel, no joke. I have two children, ages 1 and 6. Both play in my backyard without shoes on. It sucks to have to worry about hidden nails being stepped on but unfortunately, I did. I must have picked up 40 plus rusted nails from my grass (if not more). Just remember the father and son were super timely and respectful, but they are not the ones doing the physical work or the clean-up(at least on my roof). Make sure you do a good visual inspection surrounding your house before paying your second payment and make sure they clean up.

Reliable, communicative, and efficient. I reached out to a few other roofing companies to see who could help me with replacing some of the fascia on my house. Some of the companies I contacted were not able to come out because they said the job wouldn't meet their minimum threshold and other companies came out and didn't even get on a ladder to assess what needed to be done. A&J Roofing responded right away and came out the same week, providing me with a bid/quote the next day. Very thorough and knowledgeable - they climbed up and took pics of what needed to be done. They came out and had the work done in 1.5 days. They communicate well throughout the whole process and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend A&J Roofing!

Excellent customer service, work and clean up. I was dreading the task of finding a roofer during our recent rains. My roof was leaking and everyone I called was busy. A&J made time to come look, was very polite and informative. Provided a quote and was able to get me scheduled within a week. I asked for photos of the roof, and any damages they uncovered, which they provided. I returned home after the completion day to find a new roof and NO MESS! They swept and cleaned up after each day and before they left. I live in a very tight neighborhood with little to no parking or space between units. This has always been a challenge and having many contractors do work here before, this was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend them to everyone!
