I hired this contractor less than a year ago. The contractor promised to apply Roof Maxx to stop or reduce the granular loss of my asphalt shingle roof and gave me 5 years warranty, but the granular loss occurs at the same rate or even more every time it rains. I DO NOT recommend Roof Maxx.

This company was the contractor for our RoofMax treatment coating. We wanted to temporarily spare the enormous expense of a new roof. The RoofMax process was affordable and finished in 1 day. The very following night we had another storm with heavier than normal rain throughout the evening. All the previous problem areas had no leaks and were dry as a bone the following day. This was a great solution for our leaky roof while we decide whether or not to make a future offer to buy our rented home. Problem solved thanks to Adam and Caesar!
