This company is very prompt when coming out and doing an inspection on your roof. They sent someone out a couple days after we made the appointment and had her estimate ready within 48 hours after the initial visit. The only problem that I had was that the price was way more expensive than other places had quoted.

Very unprofessional. I was expecting them to knock on the door and let me know that they had arrived, instead they just started working. Didn't even let me know they were leaving, I went out to ask who was in charge so that I could talk to them. They couldn't even give me an answer one of the guys said ""I guess that's me"" Is it you? Are you sure? Not much confidence there buddy. Aside from that, they were smoking on the roof and throwing their cigarette buds in my yard. I have a dog that's always in the backyard and not only could he eat those, it's just plain disrespectful. Not only did they not let me know when they were here and when they were leaving, they also constantly left my backyard gate open. When I had asked them to close it multiple times. My dog is in the backyard and although he is a good dog, he can still get out, it's happened before and it's just irresponsible of them to continue to leave the gate open.

Simply the best. The estimator was thorough and expert at diagnosing the source of our leak. The work was done quickly, thoroughly and expertly. And everyone we dealt with at the company was incredibly nice. We couldn't be happier with A&I roofing!

A & I. They did a great job. The estimate person came out right on time. The guys that put on the roof were friendly and worked hard. Cleaned up their mess every night and did a good job. They started the job and came every day until they were done. The ladies in the office were great. If recommend A & I anytime. They couldn't have been more professional.

I'm so impressed with A & I Roofing! They re-roofed our house in 2008 and did a fantastic job. They completed the job quickly, professionally, and left zero mess. Fast forward to 2017: I noticed a small stream of water running down the exterior of one of our windows whenever we had a prolonged, heavy rain. Our contractor sealed a nearby gutter end but problem persisted. I contacted A&I about the issue, expecting to be billed for the work. Tom, from A&I, came up with a solution, which included removing some gutter screens I had installed. He sent a crew to make the needed adjustments; a cracked vent was also replaced. I wasn't billed for any of the work.

Months ago, when I moved in to my home, we had roofers check out the topside as it appeared to my partner that a few patches would be ideal before this winter.

(A & I Roofing came out and completed a job based on their estimate. A few weeks ago I found water coming into the guest bathroom. We called them back out and I told them exactly where the water was seen. The guys were here a very short time and the first one had complained to me about already falling through someone's roof that morning (not raising my confidence/faith in the job being accomplished correctly. Again.)

And at the next rain, it still happened. My partner and I climbed on the roof and examined. Both times we called A & I roofing out here, the job was not completed. Their work on my roof is quite visible around the one vent they favored (which wasn't leaking), even pine cone needles are stuck in the product they used (no cleaning was done to the roof to prep for the product).

All the seams I sent them up to fix were dirty, and many with chunks or chips missing, directly over the two places I reported leaks

I do not like to give negative reviews but this was something that I had to handle during a busy college semester when we paid to have it fixed. Thank you.

Had A&I do a re-roofing earlier in summer. Had 2 days of teardown, and about 4-5? days till completion. I had a large roof, with lots of mid-century modern angels, but very flat. I just hung to whatever end of the house they were not working on for the day to chill with my pets.
Debris were very minimal around my property, only small bits that made it kinda far.
They also replaced a skylight of ours.

We had 3 quotes, and they are the ones we went with.

People that drive the trucks by this company drive like a bunch of jerks on the highway. I almost got rear ended twice by one guy because I was going to slow apparently but the speed limit was 45 and I was doing 52. Not sure how their business practices are but their drivers of the people who represent the company within their vehicles don't seem very pleasant on the road.

They just finished a re-roof on my residence and I could not be happier. I was puzzled by a review here as I found nothing in common with my experience. They were fast, quiet (almost ninja-like), professional, never screwed off and left the job site immaculate at the end of each work day. I picked this group of professional due to their reviews on ANGIE'S LIST and by listening to other home owners in my community. If you want the cheapest, they might not be your choice. If you don't mind paying for quality (and getting it) then don't hesitate to call them. These guys stand head and shoulders above their competitors.
