Do not USE this company they installed a new roof that leaks. Please see photos. They send people out to my home that claim the problem is fixed. I am afraid that mold will start to grow. I have waited for a resolution for 4 years. I paid a lot of money for horrible work. I am so dissapointed in there Management. As I am typing this review I can hear water dripping on my ceiling.

The worst company to use ! Customers beware and choose a more reputable
company in Jacksonville. They do a terrible jobs and damage personal property. They used old parts on your new roof . They will sew you if you do not pay. My roof only 2 years old with 5 leaks and now have black mold. DO
NOT USE THEM. I you do not believe me , I will show you there workmanship.

Where to begin...I guess my main issue is they did a shit job. I paid over $20k to have a new roof, painting and soffitts installed around the ENTIRE house (my estimate was very specific on this). One side of my house didn't have soffitts so when they put on the new roof, there are 100's of nails poking through the other side and wanted to charge even more to cover that. Their response was ""well your rep, Ben Bliss, should have told you about"". He was a terrible rep, constantly cancelling appointments with me (Unfortunatley before the work was done, I gave him a refferal to a friend and she had this same issue with him)

They did haul away the roofing debris but left tons of wood from the soffits in my yard and on my grass, Ben said the city would remove that. They of course didn't and it was like pulling teeth to get them back out to remove that.

They left the yard a mess. Several of my concrete boarders from my flower beds were knocked over and plastic fences I had to stop my dog from digging were crushed and thrown aside.

The painting was the most half-assed thing about the whole job. Spray got everywhere, he actually attempted to just paint around my mailbox leaving an obvious gap where you could see the old color, and then just ignored the door. To be fair, this could be because I was considering replacing the doors but it was taking weeks for him to give me a price. He said ""not much, maybe even free"" turned out it was going to be almost $1000 dollars.

Also he pulled a bait and switch with my friend. Her insurance was going to pay for the roof and give her a check. He told her ""sometimes he has had customer that make money when the insurance company pays"". Turns out the insurance company was going to pay more than her estimate, but since the check was made out to both of them, the estimate got jacked up by a couple thousand to match the check.

Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend the hassle. I shopped around and they were slightly cheaper (but of course they convientantly found something while doing the work that jacked the price up another $1400 bucks)
