A Coast Roof

I live in a community that was built in 2006. My tile roof was coming to the end of its life.

I was collecting quotes on just fixing the tiles on my roof before hurricane season. I received quotes from the big name companies. They walked on my roof and came back with estimates on ceramic tile replacement. One company took many, many photos and claimed I had hundreds of broken tiles and many missing tiles. I thought that was odd because no other company found such a condition. Then Mario and Flower from A Coast Roof did an estimate. Before they even climbed on the roof , they checked the fascia under the gutters, the drainage and basic roof structure. I had dry rot on most of the fascia under the gutters and rot under the tiles. Mario, showed me everywhere that needed repair. He is the only roofer who looked at the basic roof structure ""before"" he checked out the tiles. Apparently when they built my house, they didn't do an exemplary job with the roof drainage system. No scam, I was shown each piece of rotted wood before and during the repair.
I trust them completely. They did a fantastic job -complete in 3 days. Not only did they do a great job at a reasonable rate, they were a really nice family that all worked together! You won't go wrong hiring them.
