We had three different roofs to contend with on our 92 year old home. We called multiple companies who refused to either come out or tell us they didn't want to do it. Jon came over, inspected everything and gave us a reasonably priced estimate. He explained what roofing products he uses and then gutter/downspout products, as well. We liked his approach to letting g us pick out what we wanted. He did warn us, however, that we might have dry rot, which would increase the price. lol and behold, we had a ton of dry rot! Jon and his crew replaced the boards and took great care to do the work I 106 degree weather.

After paying Jon for the entire job, we received a warranty from him for the roof and said we would also get a letter from the product manufacturer, G.A.F. . We are very satisfied customers, my husband and I.

I reached about having a roof inspection since there were some water stains in the ceiling. I got a quick response from Orei Parker advising they do not perform roof inspections; however, he provided a referral for someone that does.

4/17/2019 I have changed my rating to 3, the owner called and asked if I still needed him to look at the roof, I stated no and explained why in our conversation. He explained they are a very small company and usually do have back up roofers to do repairs however they were all busy also. His explanation is viable considering the amount of rain we have had recently sometimes things happen and the best plans don't work out. Considering his explanation if I were a perspective client I would give him a chance.


After reading a comment from the company I want to clarify something what I was told was that new customers that had a 5 year warranty were taken care of first older customers would have to wait, I am sorry if that was not clear. As far as I am concerned that still is not taking care of older customers, companies need to have enough personnel to handle new and older customers promptly.

Called for a estimate they had a 2 week waiting list, wanted to examine the roof without me being their when my name came up on their list. Their recording stated they do not take repairs due to the rainy busy season, spoke to them and was told that applies to old customers unless under warranty also. In my opinion if you don't care of old customers that says a lot about your business ethics.
