I used this company on two homes. The first was under the old owner. The second was done with the new management . They gave me a competitive quote. I had them do the job and I was happy with it at first. Because of the nature of how a rubber roof is installed is where the problem arose. When it rains heavily ,which happens almost everyday in the summer in Florida, the water runs over the top of the gutter. I had contacted them when I noticed the problem. They came out to look. but didn't come back. They had just taken over the company and things just got overlooked. As a follow up to this review they promptly came back and fixed the problem. I am so pleased with this company ! in reply to review of one star from 2019 they must of got thru the management and ownership issues as my experience was wonderful. After having many no-shows or appts made with running 2 hours late and no call from other roofers.
I called A Bartlett. Appt was made with Cindy who was very polite and helpful. Cory came at the exact time, let me know when he was on his way and had arrived at my house. Did a thorough quote which was exactly in the budget I had. Other quotes were much higher when I was actually able to get another quote. Scheduling of the work was quick and easy. Workers showed up on time and had it done very quickly. I have a mobile home and used the rubber membrane roof and Love It !! Was a little skeptical as I didnt know about this option., They informed me of permit process and when the inspection had been done and of course passed. Cindy called often to keep me informed of each step very friendly and professional. I also received a very nice Thank you note.
If you need a roof this is the company to call ! They did exactly what they say would and for a lot less on the price but not the Quality of service and product... Thanks CIndy, Cory and Crew !!

We had these guys come put a new roof on our house and they did an outstanding job. We had quite a few pieces of plywood replaced and a few 2X4's as well. They did all that work in a day and a half. Our sales rep was Jason McMillan, no pressure, actually got up on the roof to look at our existing roof and told us about anything and everything that may come up so we wouldn't have any financial surprises. The worker crew - Ricardo, Fernando, Luis, and Porfirio did an awesome job prepping the yard around the house with tarps, doing the actual roof work, and the clean-up, not a single stray nail found. We highly recommend them!!!

Stay away! Company is under new ownership and management is terrible. Appointments for estimates are set up but no one shows up or calls to reschedule. Promises are made but not kept and phone calls are not returned.

We just had roof done on our 1,400 square foot home and are very pleased. The crew stripped and shingled our home in two and one half days. My wife and I think it looks much better and has increased the value. Lots of neighbors have come by to comment how much they like it. The workmanship, quality, and value is excellent, and the price was very competitive with the three other estimates we received. All work was timely. What impressed me the most was the attention that was given to small details, the crew cleaned my yard after each days work better that it looked before they started.
