Schwartz replaced our roof in 2016 and we have had no problems. It has been through a couple of hurricanes now and held it's own except for the lose of some granules on a handful of shingles from a tree during hurricane Ian. So recently my wife called to get an inspection. The office was very professional and helpful. The day of the appointment Don called and was rude and short saying ""well is there any damage I don't want to waste my time"" . At which my wife replied not to bother and canceled. Conclusion to this Schwartz must be a one and done company that does not need the business of repeat customers. Bill C.

This comp reroofed out HUD purchase in 2016. There were tons of leaks and I was told that plywood would also be replaced as needed. Job was completed while I was working, so I'll never know. Six yrs later water was pouring through a ceiling fan. My call to the office was never returned but about 2wks later a surly man dropped by the house unannounced and spoke to my daughter, who told him that a kind friend had checked the roof for lifted nails. The response was ""well, I guess he fixed it"" and he left. Fats forward another month and now water is pouring through two areas and the floor is covered in water. This time I left a msg with a person on a friday. Monday morning surly guy calls me at work screaming about I have no warranty and if I did its voided because theres a tarp up there. My phone was on speaker because I was working on a client, so she heard it, too. He ranted uninterrupted and when he decided to take a breath I asked if I was expected to suffer water damage until he had time to repair it. And I suppose I dont warrant an estimate due to the mortal sin I had committed. Surly said, of course I will submit an estimate and I said nevermind, have a nice day. My client was stunned and wanted to know who the company was.

Dont hire Schwartz unless you are fond of being abused.

Voted #1 for 11 years??? I dont know how. These guy did a crappy job replacing my roof. They left with cracked boards and a broken pool cage. I was so disgusted with them I had the pool cage fixed by another contractor cause I did not any of them on my property. I should have payed a little extra to hire a real crew as it would have save me a headache. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!
