Completely professional! Not a nail left on the ground - everything cleaned up every day. Timeline was exactly as planned; they showed up when they said they would. He even helped me make decisions in selecting my roof, by providing good information. Yes, a fully written work authorization began the process, and the price was excellent.

I found 3rd Generation Roofing through a friend's recommendation. He has used 3rd Generation for over 10 years, and promised me Mike was ""one of the good guys"" and that I could trust him. He was right... My Papa trimmed some branches, and miscalculated the size & weight of one, which left a nice hole thru the garage roof. I called around for estimates, and made a few appointments over the next couple days. It became an emergency when My Papa said he'd fix it instead. I called every one back, letting them know a 82 yr. old was gonna do it, and Mike was the only one who came that day, and was there within 2 hrs. He left another job (and his workers) for us, took My Papa's list of supplies he'd need with a gracious thank you, and went to the hardware store. Mike did the job himself, and My Papa's roof was finished that evening. Our family couldn't have been happier with the work, price, and priority he gave us to keep our Papa off the roof.
