If you value customer service and don't like being lied to do not use this company I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The owner Arnold and his wife Monica both lied to me about what day my material would be here and when work would start. Arnold came into my home and said work would take a day to complete and that he could start the following week. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and finally material get dropped off and stored on my roof where they sat for a week and a half and a storm came through and blew down some of the material. Another week goes by and roofers finally show up to start on my roof where they worked until it was no more material to finish my roof. He didnt even order enough material to finish!! Another week goes by they show up to finish and once again they work and still not enough material to finish. This guy ordered his workers to rip my old shingles off to replace them with nothing. My roof set a whole week with just felt paper covering it. It got to a point I called them so much they wouldn't even answer the phone anymore because they ran out of lies to tell. I didn't even feel like a customer anymore. I paid this guy up front and this is how he treated a paying customer. A good roofing company won't accept payment until after work is done that should have been the first red flag for me but this is my first time needing a roof so I didn't know how it worked. He also told me he's been in business for 13 years which is a lie. This company shouldn't be trusted. After 5 or 6 weeks my roof is done and I dont blame the workers because they can only do so much with material that Arnold buys FYI these workers are not part of Arnold's company he contracts them out. A1 Roofing is not a1 at all more like F minus. Find a reputable roofing company that won't lie to you and use quality material. He used iko shingles which dont have good reviews and are cheap so he can keep more money. Hope I save at least 1 person from the headache that I had to go through.
