Slobs!! Refused to give me the receipts for the materials he charged me for and took a trailer full of lumber he applied towards my bill (Kaufman construction trailer ) back to the building supply in Loris/Conway. He charged for materials for a 240 foot linear wall and built a 120 foot linear wall kept the lumber he charged me and as mentioned returned it to the lumber companies. He cut what little wood that wasn't bound together and left over in useless pieces so that I could not return them.

He chipped my brick steps with his equipment and drove his equipment over my brick walkway and created huge dips that he never repaired. Charged me for a water pump he never used..it goes on and on.

His motley crew picked through my wood pile like vultures on a road kill

They peed off my front porch while my daughter was playing in the yard and they cussed like sailors they also gay bashed the whole time they was working. I had to pay someone to come finish the job. The owner said he needed an advance to get more materials but I guess he needed them for another job because I haven't seen them in 6 months. That's what I get for trying to spend my money with smaller companies instead of bigger corporations

Buyer beware! Contracted with this company to build a screened room attached to the back of my home. They passed themselves off as a licensed builder. They completed the job without a permit or required structural engineering review. I cannot begin to tell you what a horrible job they did in every aspect. They did not tie the structure in to the foundation or the beams. None of the work met Horry County code. They have put our entire home at risk. We are left with the only option of completely demolishing all work and rebuilding. After taking our money, the owner is now conveniently non responsive to phone calls, text messages, emails or regular mail. We have now found that they are not bonded or insured. Feel free to check with SC LLR Case 2020-317. Also check out how many judgments they have against them. If you are looking to seek damages or get your money back, get in line behind everyone they have already done dirty here in SC.
