Since 1975, our founder, engineer Felipe G. Martinez, has led our company from the same address in El Paso, TX. We attribute our competitive edge over newer companies to our steadfast motto: give the customer what they want. The customer’s needs come first.
We also value our team members. Felipe taught us that they are our foundation. Under the mentorship of Felipe G. Martinez since college, he transitioned from jobs like welding at Asarco to dedicate himself to our family business. He enjoys the visibility of his work across El Paso, Socorro, and New Mexico, serving as a model for quality construction. As I like to mention, he takes on various roles: roofer, salesman, estimator, and banker, inspiring our team. Felipe is hands-on in nearly every job alongside his crew. Like the Chief, he has earned the respect of everyone he works with. His reputation has been built on word-of-mouth referrals since 1980.
With Felipe's oversight and the assistance of his brother Carlos, who is dedicated to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, we have provided reliable service for many years.

Femi A.My contacted avid Adams about my roof leak and he gave me a quote to among other things recoat my flat roof with elastomeric coating which has a 2 year warranty. I found out when my rook leaked again that he used aluminum coating instead and told him to recoat with elatomeric as originally agreed. He has refused. He came to reseal the flat roof in the areas that were already cracked and within 2 weeks, I have noticed that he did another shoddy job.
When I first got to know him, he presented himself as somebody that is fiscally responsible and ready to serve as County Commissioner Pct.4. Do yourself a favor, he is not allow him to sweet talk you. He does not keep his word and athe job he has done for me has been shoddy. I am still waiting for him to reply to my BBB complaint (1 week and counting).

He has a great reputation and was recommended to me by a family member. He did a great job! He worked with me on reducing my deductible and went far beyond expectations for the job. Not only did I get an excellent roof installed, but his crew also installed a new bathroom fan and a ridge vent so that I could get rid of my wind turbines. Felipe has been at this line of work for a long time, and he brings a wealth of experience to the job. Great value for the money. You will be happy you chose them to work on your roof.
