Founded by skilled engineer Felipe G. Martinez in 1975, our company has been at the same address in El Paso, TX since then. Our success against newer competitors is rooted in our dedication to our motto: give the customer what they want. The customer’s needs come first.

We also value our team members. Felipe emphasized that our team is essential to our success. Under the mentorship of Felipe G. Martinez since college, he transitioned from jobs like welding at Asarco to dedicate himself to our family business. He takes pride in seeing his work throughout El Paso, Socorro, and even New Mexico, showcasing how buildings should be constructed. As I often say, he wears many hats: roofer, salesman, estimator, and banker, setting an example for our team. In almost every project, Felipe works side by side with his team. Similar to the Chief, he has earned the admiration of everyone on the team. Since 1980, his reputation has grown through word-of-mouth recommendations.

With his leadership and the support of his brother Carlos, who is also frequently present and dedicated to completing projects effectively, we have maintained our service for many years.
