I had my roof installed about a year and a half ago. At the time Heidi was working with them and she was truly awful.

I recently had a leak and had the pleasant surprise of finding out she is no longer with the company. The owner himself reached out to me and came to inspect the leak. Everyone has been responsive and given the issue the attention it needs.

I couldn't recommend them more, they came out and diagnosed/fixed and patched up the issue within 48 hours.

Highly recommend A-1 Property Service. The owner Mr. Madruga was very prompt to address any questions I had during the project. They kept their promise as to time the job would be completed as permits were pulled and inspections were requested promptly. Good weather was in our favor as well so our roof was done extremely fast. I give them 2 thumbs up.

During the process of removing the tiles from my old roof, the pounding caused cracking all around the edges of my ceilings. The project manager promised to repair the cracks, but after sending someone out to fix them they decided there was too much damage and I'm left with a bill of over $5000 to fix my damaged ceilings. My roof is ok, but be warned to hold back over $5K as your last payment to them.

A-1 Property did my minor roof repair at a very reasonable price. The office staff are all very nice to talk to and very helpful. The crew was on time !! and did a great job. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard! A-1 also gave me a report with before and after pictures which was great!

Paid A1 $16k for a new roof. Leaks occurred every year since their installation. Year 2 they are not following through with their guarantee. Poor workmanship and an unproperly sealed roof is now costing us $6,000 through another company. They were quick to collect but terrible with their follow through. DO NOT recommend

My 83 year old mom had a wonderful experience with this company. She had a leak in her bathroom, they thought it was the skylight and ended up being a crack somewhere else. They never charged her for the extra repair and were very responsible and professional.
