I agree with previous reviews. A section of our roof has some vegetation and the flashing looked loose. 969 came on time and the fellow was very personable and polite but he said we needed a new roof for the damaged part that would cost $5000. Yikes!
I called two other Yelp vendors that said our roof just needed some cleaning and have the flashing secured and both their quotes were between $1200 and $1500, WAY less than 969 quoted. So buyer beware. Get multiple quotes!

These guys are crooks, plain and simple. Took my money and after 5 weeks l now have plywood and tarps where a roof used to be. With the recent rains I've had water come into my house multiple times. Unless you enjoy getting scammed and your house trashed, I'd go elsewhere. They also operate under the name Rocket Roofing, so beware.

I contacted 969 Roofing to check out my parents 60+ year old garage roof. I wasn't even sure if they could get on the roof to inspect it without falling through. But they were able to get an inspection and give me a really detailed report on their findings. I wasn't surprised by the damage they found but I was really grateful they took the time to explain to me how the damage was effecting the garage and the best solution. My parents are in their 70s and the last thing I wanted was to get a quick fix roof that would be an issue again in 5 years, for that reason alone I went with 969 roofing because I believed in their quality and their expertise. The crew was amazing and were very sweet to my parents. They even cleaned their driveway and left the property cleaner than they found it. Thank you again for taking care of them!
