do not use this company. they gouge you for money. wayne knew i need work for insurance quicky and wanted to get rich off me.
i did like the service done by the worker they sent, but that's it.
do yourself a favor and use another company.

zero stars..i had to pick a rating so put 1 star, but they don't deserve that.

My mother used this service 8/7. The driver hit my car with his and tried to blame me. His car was parked in our driveway; I had thought the car might belong to a relative as we had a birthday in the family, so I parked behind the car. As soon as I turned off my car and took my key out of the ignition the car in front started its engine and immediately backed into me - the person in the car never checked to see who was behind them.
A guy got out of the car - a jeep - and began to scream at me for parking in MY DRIVEWAY. He shouted and got in my face, and then tried to lie and say that I pulled into the driveway as he was backing out - which was an absolute lie. He tried to tell my mother that I was at fault, however, she confirmed that she did not believe that.
The guy REFUSED to provide his name or contact information or even his boss' information. I took pictures of his car and mine while he shouted and screamed over me as I was talking to my mother. He was literally running around screaming and shrieking because he knew he messed up on company time. Absolutely unprofessional. I contacted Wayne - who I was told was the boss - but the second I told him who I was he hung up on me. I called back 3 times and each time I was hung up on and then transferred to an outsourced receptionist. Do not use this company - dishonest and disrespectful.

The contractor is a good talker. The job had many snags. There were many delays and mistakes on the part of the foreman (never got his name). The person we were in contact with was Wayne Taylor. Mr. Taylor had blame and excuses to justify charging more than the estimated price. I understand that supplies are limited and can be costly, however it is their responsibility to be aware and not postpone a job , because they didn't procure materials. He subcontracted the job to Alan Lopez from Kings Construction. They actually did ALL of the work. They're a top notch crew. They did the job in a professional and timely manner. I give THEM 5 stars!
