I am so grateful to Ash and the 911 roofing staff! With all the storms and extreme heat our roof needed major repairs 5 years after our home was built. Dealing with the insurance company was tough. I found 911 after a Google search and was adamant that we needed to use a company with good reviews. The reviews don't lie. They are knowledgeable, have integrity, transparent, and can help with problems big and small. I've been referring them to all of my neighbors. Thank you 911 roofing!

The owner was at our home immediately, assessed the situation, and quickly moved into action getting all kinds of sub contractors out to stop the leak and start repairing everything.

We're talking about a custom home with water damage on hardwood floors, moldings, walls, carpet, etc.

From the first moment, the owner took charge and coordinated the entire restoration job, including dealing with the insurance company, interior designer, sub contractors, and me & my wife.

This job took over 3 months to complete. the owner, his project manager, and all of their subs were very responsive, respectful, and professional. This was no minor fix.

We highly recommend 911 Exteriors for any type of construction work.

I highly suggest this company! This was the easiest and most professional roofing company to deal with. Most companies I found were ""flight by night"", but not 911 Exteriors ! My husband told me he found them on Google and we were needing assistance after a hail storm and high winds. Ash and his team were out to our house quickly and thoroughly explained the process and handled all of the leg work with the insurance. That helped so much because I deal with medical insurances all day at work , and that was one less tree I had to bark up. Ash kept me in the loop the entire way. Ash and his team were the nicest people and I am honestly very glad that we found them. I'm not being paid or incentivized for my review , these are my honest thoughts and opinions. I know it's hard finding reliable contractors and 911 exteriors was one I can say is very trustworthy ! I've owned four home and 3 out of the four houses have needed a roof at one point. I can honestly say that 911 Exteriors has done the best job and has caused the least amount of stress ! My roof is beautiful and I know for years to come my roof will withstand this crazy texas weather. Don't trust just anyone who makes their living off insurance payments, whether that be an auto shop , body shop , plumbing business , or roofing company. Trust one that is local, will not be hard to find them years down the road , and has the reviews and testimonies to support your decision. The last roof we had replaced by another company , that company has gone under. That is why you want a company that is gonna be around and has a sustainable business. Roofs are important and that is one thing you need to not fail you. I'm forever grateful for the kindness of Ash and his team!

Following up on my prior experience a few weeks ago, additional work needed to be done and 911 Exteriors went the extra mile, completing even more follow up work for me. Amazing because in this day and age, it's impossible to find an honest, highly skilled company that commits to their customers and puts integrity above mere money.
