We've had to get roof tiles repaired/replaced a couple times in the last few years, the most recent due to damage from having the house tented for termites. Each time, Tyler has been super responsive and gotten me a quote quickly, and at a very reasonable price. He and his brother have been great to work with each time, and I won't be calling anyone else but them in the future. Highly highly recommended!

I just got my house re-roofed by Tyler and his crew. They put down new underlayment, new valley flashing, and repaired all my wood rot, and fascia board that had been damaged from years of water damage. They replaced my broken tiles, re-painted and sealed all of my pipes and flashing just to name a few things. They also guaranteed their work for the next ten years. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did on my home. I've had some bad contractors that cut corners in the past, and 805 construction renewed my faith that their are good ones still out there that genuinely care about their work. They are also very competitively priced which was a bonus for my family as well. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their home. You will not regret it.

I just had my roof replaced by 805 Roofing. The owner, Tyler, was the only one of the Four Bidders to actually get up on my roof and inspect it before giving me a quote. Because 805 was highly recommended, I was surprised at the reasonable quote. He kept me informed and returned my calls promptly throughout the experience. Even though they ran into a little more work than was expected they brought the job in on time and on the bid. (And even did a little extra). They did a great job, and the roof looks wonderful. They were friendly and respectful throughout. Going by my experience with this Company I would highly recommend them.

Going to add another 5-star review for Tyler. We learned that we had broken tiles from the termite company, after they removed the fumigation tent. Called four different roof companies from Yelp. The first company quoted over $8,000 to replace an entire roof section. The second company said our roof was too steep and they would not perform the inspection! The third company quoted $1,250 without even getting on the roof [stated he could see the problem from the ground!!]. 805 Roofing was the fourth company. Tyler showed up on time and walked the perimeter of the property while we explained the problem. Within a few minutes he was on the roof and walked the entire house. He explained his findings and provided options to resolve. Thankfully, our fix was not complex and Tyler was able to make the fix the same day. Great service and very professional. Thanks Tyler!

There was a bit of water leaking in the garage when the heavy rains hit the area, Christmas of 2021. While all other roofing companies said they wouldn't be able to take a look until late January, Tyler at 805 Construction & Roofing made time to visit and inspect. And, he was able to quickly figure out that the leak was a plumbing problem; leakage during the middle of a storm was a coincidence. He even referred me to a good plumber, Waite Brothers. Tylor will be our choice for roofing work going forward.

It was really great working with Tyler throughout our roofing project. He's so professional & knowledgable, and his communication was excellent (prompt, detailed, clear, patient, etc.). He was able to start the project earlier than expected which was great, and he was diligent about consistent communication to let us know exactly what to expect. Right from the beginning I was happy with Tyler from 805 Construction and roofing. We needed some repairs to our roof and I had been calling around unimpressed by the companies I had spoken to. After speaking with Tyler we had decided to move forward and have him come out and do the repairs. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was honest, efficient and straightforward. After he and another worker had completed the job they cleaned up and left everything clean. I would definitely have him come out again if any new problems arise or when it is time for us to replace our old roof.

Came out to look at what the problem was with my roof and a possible leaks. Showed me exactly what the problem was and how the previous installer did a terrible by not sealing it properly. Came back in a couple days and fixed it. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone for roofing repair.

Great professionalism and excellent value!

I needed to have my roof replaced before solar installation and I decided to look at Yelp for roofing contractors. I am very glad to have found Tyler and his team for our roofing project.

Before signing on with a contractor, we interviewed 5 roofers and Tyler's quote was prompt and came in 25-30% below other quotes we received. We also loved that the quote was transparent and it even included replacing any possible dry rotted wood after shingles were removed. Other quotes we received included separate additional charge for replacing dry rotted wood, which made Tyler's quote even more compelling.

As for the work, Tyler and his team showed up on time every morning and they worked extremely hard. We were provided with updates throughout the project and the roofing project was completed one day ahead of initial estimate. The whole team was friendly and did a great job at sweeping the premises at the end of each day.

I highly recommend Tyler as a roofing contractor. The prices are great and his team is exceptional!

Just had a new roof put on by this wonderful company! Tyler was amazing to work with & was very patient in explaining everything. Their work was excellent, quick & was completed in the agreed upon time. They also put things back in place & did a good job of cleaning up. All in all, a very good experience!
