Tyler is so amazing.. we are so totally satisfied.. he went beyond what we had anticipated,, in regards to EVERYTHING associated with getting a new roof... we have a big house and a guest house, all with 3 layers of roofing that had to be removed... tyler was here for 5 solid days.. about 7am to about 5pm.. he didn't have other jobs going at the same time as ours, like so many contractors do (or so they say).. where the contractor is gone for most of day.. not tyler.. most of the time,, tyler was working with his men . i could go on & on.. everything from set-up through clean-up to finish up.. amazing.. so organized.. there were unexpected issues.. extraordinary..!!!

Tyler and his team recently completed a tile reset (remove tiles, demolish old underlayment, repair rotted lumber, install new underlayment, relay tiles) on my house in Agoura Hills. I am absolutely delighted by the job they did. If I could give Tyler and his team 10 stars I would. Not only was he the lowest bidder, but dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. There was no 12 page contract I had to sign like some of the other bidders required. Also, Tyler is very communicative and does what he says. He and his team were at my house promptly an 7:00 AM and completed their day's work at 3:00 PM. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. Tyler also handled the city permit. I would not hesitate to recommend Tyler and his team for all your roofing needs.

Just got our new roof installed. We needed plywood, underlayment and new tiles. Tyler and his team had this project done in 5.5 days and it is absolute picture perfect. I saw his work on my neighbors roof, got the quote and it all worked out from start to finish. His team is super professional and he himself is up on the roof all day helping and making sure everything is getting done properly. I would highly recommend 10/10 for any project roof and other. Can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship of their work. At the very least call and get an assessment from Tyler he's great and easy to work with.

everywhere you go nowadays everybody wants a review. I just ignore them, but I couldn't ignore Tyler at 805 roofing. Our roof was completed yesterday and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. It turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Have had several people drive by and stop to say how great it looks. Tyler and his crew also installed all new vents. The workmanship is magnificent. The Price was extremely reasonable and the quality can't be beat. It took less than 3 days. We highly recommend 805 construction and roofing if you are in need of a new roof. Mike and Tyler do everything right. The quote for our roof was fair and accurate. Our questions were answered and every option was explained.
Once the work started Mike and Tyler were there every day, working, supervising, making sure that nothing was overlooked.
I expected getting a new roof to be a big, messy ordeal, but Mike was there picking up nails, vacuuming up debris, and keeping the house livable through the entire process.

805 Construction and Roofing just completed re-roofing my entire house, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Many months ago, during a huge storm in February, my roof leaked through an electrical outlet into the garage! Tyler came out first thing the next day and tarped the area where the roof had leaked, and sent me an estimate to do a partial repair, or do the entire roof, which was the original from 1986. It was clearly time to do the whole roof. Tyler's price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received, and added to his prompt response from the original leak made 805 Construction and Roofing the obvious best choice when I was ready to move forward. I couldn't be happier with the work he and his team did. They arrived promptly at 7 AM, as promised, every day, and worked diligently and efficiently throughout the days. They cleaned up thoroughly every day, and were so professional and pleasant. I told Tyler I was concerned about the possible tar smell, and the team never opened the container until they needed to, and in the four days they were here, I never once smelled the tar. They were so careful to address that concern, something I really appreciated. Tyler also answered all of my questions, and pointed out and replaced some wood that had developed dry rot. He also quickly ordered fire resistant vents when I requested those for the roof. I would highly recommend 805 Construction and Roofing, I truly could not have had a better experience!

This is the second house Tyler has installed a new roof for our family. This time there was a bit more wood to replace due many years of termite damage. Tyler and crew went through every inch of the roof decking to make sure we replaced any damaged wood. Luckily most of the roof decking we were able to keep. Tyler also replaced some of the facia. The installed roof was completed within 3.5 days! This included the tear off of the old roof. His crew cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Tyler is a great communicator keeping us updated every day and we really felt comfortable knowing Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Tyler and your crew for an awesome job! Great work and great pricing. The best roofing contractor!!!
