Tyler and his crew are amazing. Prompt, hard-working, and masters of their trade. I called around town for some new roof estimates, 5 total, and 805 Construction and Roofing landed right in the sweet spot. They are a locally owned family business. It's worth mentioning they timed our roof replacement between some rainy days. Worked a long day Thursday to get the water-proofing installed, we got rain on Friday, and then they worked Saturday to finish the job. Tyler was very communicative about scheduling and honest about pricing. He even made suggestions about roof color choices and vent types. These guys are top notch and we are stoked with our new roof. No more leaks, yay!

Tyler and the 805 Crew were great. I quoted 6 places in the Simi Valley area that all had good reviews on Yelp. Not surprisingly, 1 place didn't even have a voice mail and 2 other contractors never called me back. Of the other 3 quotes I received, 805 was the best and Tyler seemed very open and honest and easy to deal with. And that's how the entire project unfolded... It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end and I wish all contractors were like this. The world needs more good contractors for sure. Isn't it amazing that we end up with so many terrible contractors who leave work unfinished, are dishonest and just plain suck? Well they should learn how to run their business from 805.

Tyler started the day he said he would and finished the entire job in a single week. And it's perfect and water tight. This is on a single story 2200 sq. Ft. house with 3 old layers of shingles on top of original shake roof. He had to do all the sheathing too since there wasn't any on the house to begin with.

It's always nerve-racking getting bids for projects like these and we settled on 3 companies. Tyler's bid was over 20% lower than the other companies and we decided on 805 Construction because of the ratings here on Yelp. We are happy with their overall workmanship and professionalism and recommend them wholeheartedly.

These guys were great! My roof, fascia and skylight were in dire need of replacement. I chose them over others because they were more experienced and reasonable. I also had them put in a Sun Tunnel to light up my hallway. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We recently had Tyler and his crew out to reroof our AYSO Snack Shack and shed out at Pepper Tree Playfields in Newbury Park and they did an exceptional job! Tyler gave us a quote quickly which was competitive and fair. Once hired, they showed up when they said they would, finished each day when they said they would, kept a clean job site throughout, and gave us a beautiful new roof. What more could we ask for? We've had to get roof tiles repaired/replaced a couple times in the last few years, the most recent due to damage from having the house tented for termites. Each time, Tyler has been super responsive and gotten me a quote quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I just got my house re-roofed by Tyler and his crew. They put down new underlayment, new valley flashing, and repaired all my wood rot, and fascia board that had been damaged from years of water damage. They replaced my broken tiles, re-painted and sealed all of my pipes and flashing just to name a few things. They also guaranteed their work for the next ten years. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did on my home. I've had some bad contractors that cut corners in the past, and 805 construction renewed my faith that their are good ones still out there that genuinely care about their work. They are also very competitively priced which was a bonus for my family as well. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their home. You will not regret it.

I just had my roof replaced by 805 Roofing. The owner, Tyler, was the only one of the Four Bidders to actually get up on my roof and inspect it before giving me a quote. Because 805 was highly recommended, I was surprised at the reasonable quote. He kept me informed and returned my calls promptly throughout the experience. Even though they ran into a little more work than was expected they brought the job in on time and on the bid. (And even did a little extra). They did a great job, and the roof looks wonderful. They were friendly and respectful throughout. Going by my experience with this Company I would highly recommend them.
