I had them do a full house remodel on my 61 year old Mothers house. [Front and back yards. Kitchen. Electrical. Lights. Front Room. Bathroom. 3 Bedrooms. Windows. Paint. A/C / Heater. Insulation. Floors.] 100% recommend. I worked with Allen. He is very honest and straightforward with everything. Now keep in mind, this is construction lol. There were little ""problems"" that occurred like needing more paint on the wall or a ""dip"" in the floor. I was able to call Allen at any time and send him a picture. Any ""problem"" I had, I communicated it with him and he got it fixed. He was very kind and understanding. He really does care about you. The workers were very kind and professional. They do great work. I have recommended 800 Remodeling to my neighbors, friends and family to use their services when they need home repairs or updates. I don't know how they have 4 stars on Yelp. Yelpers, please do not post fake reviews to help this company out. They do horrible work. A few months an the floor boards are already coming up. :( Horrible sell tactics too. Don't believe everything they say as truth. It's not. They spent more than 6 months at my house and took my senior citizen mother through the wringer for ALL her money. It's sad and they tried to use scare tactics too. If I didn't intervene, they would've still been at the house. Thank God for all the free legal advice I have gotten so I could stand up to these POS.

We received three estimates prior to agreeing to go with this company. Daniel was the sell's rep and appeared competent and knowledgeable of what we requested. Our job was a small one back splash and new countertops in our kitchen. Daniel stated he could and would complete the project in three days. This is where the nightmare began. On Monday one guy shows up to demo it took about 6 hours. I asked him would he be back tomorrow to start working, he said no I'll be back Wednesday. On Wednesday no one showed up I called Daniel and he did not respond until later in the day via text stating he was sorry the slab broke during fabrication and wasn't sure when another one would be available. Lie lie lie. To make this story short my wife called the manager and he was rude and threatened to sue us if we canceled the project. Fast forward two weeks later two guys show up at our house at 8 am ready to finish the job after we hired another company to do a very simple job. We allowed 800 to complete the job and lost a 800 hundred dollar deposit with another company. 800 remodeling gave us a discount which did not cover our loss, but we were exhausted with this entire process. Do not allow this company in your house especially if you do not live anywhere near them all there employees live in LA county and are not capable of jobs out of there area in a timely manner. This company is FOS!

My husband and I had our home painted and added a new garage door. We definitely highly recommend 800 remodeling. Levi our contractor was on top of things, he explained everything in detail and he was very professional. He would always message us and he was always available when we had questions. The workers were also very professional. As you can see, our home was the ugliest and now is the most beautiful home of the block. We are definitely going to contact this company for our next project. Thank you Levi and your team for doing an awesome job!

Their sales person came out and told my wife and I that our first payment would be six months after completion, worker came with out a warning tore apart my kitchen and left us with no kitchen for three months, their trash and rolls of insulation from my kitchen was left in the kitchen and on the side of my house for a month and a week, the first workers came out to place and replace all electrical, all in their scheming process, two weeks later, the next day the plumber and electrician showed up, leaving me with no way of accessing my garage, on that same day a young man from 800remodeling demanding $14K from me, I was very angry, I called David (Sales person) I told him about his promise to pay six months after job completion, I gave him $7K just to get the job done, in the process his crews cut out my brand new air and heat duct, and tried to keep it a secret which never got fixed, these workers show up w out a notice, weeks will pass with out a worker in site, I received NO diagrams, schematic or blue prints at all, there were more lights installed that I never agreed to, my whole house attic was stripped of insulation place which new insulation, I was told that it was going to be the kitchen ONLY, my door bell was damaged, never got fixed, original crown molding was left undone, antique lights from my hallway were taken out and never replace, this company made three different contracts, when I got my first payment just prior of completion of work done, to keep me quiet the company gave me a check for $1K, I made my first payment and a day later then I got a bill from a Second finance company asking me for $20K that I never agreed to, I reported this to the Department of Licensing, L.A. County Adult Protection Services and the FBI, These people will coax you on getting work done you don't need, they will have a different charge or price every time you speak to them, or maybe they target elderly, I'm a Disabled Combat Veteran, leaving my project undone for a long time leaving me with out a kitchen and my family having to spend money on restaurant foods is a tactic to get the customers to agree on anything just to get the job done

Horribly unreliable. I scheduled 2 appt's with them. Took time off work and both time they no showed and no call. Last appt they wanted to reschedule but I declined. If they can't keep app for a new client, no way I would trust them with my job. No one even apologized, very unprofessional

Called 800remodeling to come to our home in Chino to provide an estimate for an outdoor fireplace and appt. was set and confirmed two weeks prior for Sunday Oct.. 3rd from the hours of 1-4pm. This company was a no show with not even a phone call to confirm or change the appt. time/day as a courtesy. Companies like this shouldn't even be in business if they can't even show up to provide an estimate who take the time out to look for a reliable source. Spent my Sunday entire afternoon waiting for this people. Very disappointed!

ANNOYING TELEMARKETERS! I started a project on Angis List for a kitchen remodeling and this company kept calling and texting me with NO idea of who they even were. Common phone ethics is stating WHO what company/you are and how you got my information, not contacting me like a lunatic ex gf. Red flag for sure!

During the design process they listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve and gave us a variety of options to choose from. They provided excellent guidance and were honest regarding their time frame.

The work began on time. The installer was courteous, professional and communicated well. When challenges with our design were presented 800 Remodeling helped us work through options toward outstanding solutions. Our work was completed on time and within budget.
