7x7 is how I call my favorite city San Francisco, good yelp reviews have caught my eye and I decided to reach out since we've been suffering from the same slow leak at our building. 7x7 Roofing was very easy to talk to, most of their communication is done through email or text which is very convenient, in few days after initial call the inspector was there at the time promised and in less than one hour has figured out exactly what's wrong, it was a very easy fix, guys showed up in a week and it was done, already through stormy season and it's dry.

Very happy with this firm and would recommend to anyone looking for a roofing contractor!

We had to install title 24 coating on our older roofing system and we used 7x7 due to their availability and screaming reviews, 7x7 finished in two days and we can't be happier with this outlet!
These guys are top notch, punctual, responsible and very communicative, they use all channels of communication, their work stands out and they were very respectful of our neighbors. Great use of technology and very knowledgeable inspectors and superintendents, I believe a few of our neighbors are going with them for their roof work but if you need a roofer or a reliable contractor - 7x7 is the way to go.

We have an older house and as with any older home there are many issues that we have been dealing with but had problems with contractor that came out, even got our bike stolen once. With 7x7 this was a completely positive experience. There is a drawback of course, they charge $585 to come out and inspect the building, the pros of this service is that it doesn't only cover the roof, they inspect the exterior, look at windows, moisture map and also apply thermal imaging throughout the building's interior. They gave us a written report that was precise and easy to understand, these guys are top of the line. We scheduled with them for roofing replacement and it included exterior work as well to get us water tight on all sides. Easy to work with, very commutative and it's a pleasure to do business with licensed, educated and experienced professionals.

Recommend this outlet to anyone interested in general exterior inspection as well as roofing replacements.

Just finished up a great re-roofing experience with 7x7. They were professional, communicative, and highly responsive. When we hit a few minor snags relating to some existing vents they developed great options and went above and beyond to leave everything both outside and inside in great shape. The finished roof looks just great, we're very pleased with the work they did.

Great roofing contractor in short! We were looking for a knowledgeable roofer for quiet some time and did not know what to do with our roof leak. Total of 7 contractors came for a free estimate, they all had complete different opinions about what to do for a permanent solution, some said a complete replacement, others said that it's a problem with siding and few other opinions and suggestions were made but no one knew for sure, nobody was able to tell us what exactly is the root cause of the leak we've been having for 3 years. The issue was that they only spent 10 minutes on site and simply did not have time and were not eager to figure it out. 7x7 came in highly recommended by friends and yelp, guys showed up on the day they pro.iced and inspected the buildi g completely in and out, took an hour to moisture map and figure out the cause which was the flashing at the top balcony. It was an easy fix and we are glad we chose this contractor.

I had an amazingly drama-free experience with this contractor. After discovering a leak in my living room, I was frantically searching for roofing contractors, most of whom said ""can't see you for two months..."" Erast Dasari scheduled an inspection on short notice, gave me a thorough and unvarnished assessment of the roof, and scheduled and completed a total roof replacement in a week. Truly incredible service. I didn't have time to collect competitive bids, took a big risk on this company. While probably paid a premium, it was totally worth it, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

It all started years ago from a very small and painful leak in one of our buildings, we called multiple roofers but no one had a solution, we heard very interesting stories over the years none of them were actually true.

7x7 Does not have free inspections, its $585 to get an inspector to look at your roof but what you get is a 45 minute inspection with moisture mapping and thermal imaging, they have mapped the interior, looked at exterior, windows, siding connections and found the leak - window flashing!

These guys are incredible, they are a sister company with Eco Smart, we contacted both companies at the same time but 7x7 had better availability.

We are happy that we don't need a new roof, flashing is sealed and we went through two rains so far - ceiling is dry!!!

Our Bernal Heights home was just completed by 7x7 and we could not be happier with the work, service and professionalism! Our communication with them from the first email was quick and consistent. They were able to assess the needs of our home quickly with their fly over thermal technology which made things really seamless and easy for us as working professionals. Once the work started the team was respectful, punctual and worked really hard to create a beautiful and secure roof! We highly recommend them!

I was so lucky to find 7x7 Roofing and luckier still that they had time on their busy schedule during an El Nino year. Our roof had been sadly neglected for a long time. Our chimney leaked, our skylights were drafty and our gutters were rusted through. They fixed everything perfectly and were great to work with. A few highlights:

1) Email! Being able to communicate needs, timing, price, logistics, etc, in email is the best way for me to get anything done. The team at 7x7 was so responsive. I never waited more than a day for them to get back to me.

2) Timeliness. They started the work as soon as they could and ahead of my expectations. They sent a big team who got the work done quickly. I was amazed how fast it all got done. When I found out we needed skylights replaced, i was worried that the work would be halted waiting for them to be ordered. 7x7 got them over night!

3) Quality. The team gave us a beautiful roof that has stood up to some really impressive rain storms. It wasn't the cheapest quote we could get but it was money _well_ spent. I was so nervous about getting this work done and having a terrible customer service experience. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the whole experience!

Professional from start to finish! First hurdle for any house related job in SF is getting somebody to answer your inquiry about their services. Erik of 7x7 promptly answered emails and actually picked up the phone and called when he really needed to reach us. Communication was clear and timely.
Then the actual roof inspection and eventual replacement were done with respectful staff and quality materials, again in a timely and intelligent manner. These guys know what they are doing and stand by their job.
We've dealt with a lot of house service people over the years and few were easy to work with and behaved like professionals. These guys are just top notch professionals who get your job done on time and with clear communication.
