About two months ago we got approved to build an ADU in the back of our home, we have a 6800 square-foot lot so we wanted to use it as a rental unit. We spoke to many contractors, but Ron was the best hands-down. He was very informative, it wasn't his first rodeo when it came to ADU, he showed us a bunch of pictures on past projects he worked with and we were impressed. His estimate was definitely in the middle of the five quotes that we receive from five different companies. I am so happy I went with 770 construction!

Ron the owner responded to my request right away and we got on the phone. He came thru the next day to look at my property to take a look at my front deck to review after looking the initial quote was reasonably priced and he paid attention to all of my concerns. Ron is also the project manager, so I knew after everything we talked about, he was the guy to make it happen. There was unique/complex situations during the project but no stress on my end cause he handled it all. The project was completed in half the time. I don't trust no one else other than Ron moving forward.

Happy I stopped searching for quotes and decided to work 770 construction, I do get a little nervous when work is done at the house but Ron made us feel completely ! Getting to the work, he remodeled two of our bathrooms, on the first and second floor. Ron was a superstar managing the team and directing them to fit what we wanted. Ron was very patient with us throughout the project and communicative. I pay very close attention to detail and talking to him throughout the project he put our stressed away and made it happen. 770 Construction does it best! My fiancée and I wanted to personalize our home to our new taste and hopefully we found the right home remodeling to see our vision and put into our home. Ronen who we had the pleasure working with saw that vision and executed every detail. To the new tiling, back of the kitchen walls and the white marble design in our bathroom with the beige flooring, he made it happen for us. His pricing was definitely not the lowest from other quotes and also wasn't the highest so he was very fair with price. You can really tell by the quality of work and thought that was put into working with 770.

The crew just finished up our project in a timely manner. Had to write a review ASAP cause I was really happy with the turnout with the Bathroom remodel. We have had our eye on a black and white finish for our bathroom, with a lil more modern look to it all.
