We had the roof (tile) lifted and the underlying paper removed and replaced. They updated the all the areas of the roof to comply with current building codes for Carlsbad. The process from beginning to end was handled in a very professional manner. Carlos was the onsite supervisor and he did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with Alana Pimentel who oversaw the initial proposal and cost estimate.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Unclear communication, extra hidden charges and manipulative employees. ""Temporary fixes"" will get you an a seemingly quick solution until you're hit with unreasonable invoices and demands to pay for work before any leak or problem is fixed.

Refuse to pay for ""work"" that has made your original roofing problem more of a hassle to fix and is worse off than before? You'll be graced by a bullshit pre-lien placed on your property. This company chooses to operate with unsustainable business morals instead of offering even the most minimal amount of customer service, integrity or even basic business honesty.

Don't waste your valuable money, time or risk your property for a company that will not return your investment.

They will not be business much longer unless they drastically change their policies/operating principles.

Eric Lopez and the entire team at 619 Roofing did a great job on our ""Lift and Re-Lay"" project. They power-washed all the roof tiles, stacked them neatly, and worked hard to complete our project on-time. They were great at keeping in-touch throughout the project, as well.
