With all these storms over the last month, a minor leak gave way to a huge leak causing some major issues with water leaking into a small attic above our downstairs bedroom,with the result of rain water seeping into the space and saturating the insulation and sheetrock. This apparently had been an ongoing problem which became a huge problem with last weeks heavy rains. Jay called me back the same day and came by for a late afternoon assessment. He gave me a good quote and stated he would try to squeeze me in between bigger jobs the following week. I had contacted about 8-10 roofing companies who could not schedule a repair till about 3-4 weeks out before contacting 512roofs. Jay was knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Truly a stand-up guy and company. I am a tough customer to make happy, don't normally write reviews, but feel that Jay deserves this one.

I didn't know Jay or 512-roofs from any other company as I found them online and had 10+ quotes before choosing them to replace the roof of my home.

Went out of his way to get the job done, his crew was on time every time Jay stated they would be, and they got the job done fast without sacrificing quality.

Jay Pollack with 512ROOFS.COM is Honest, Professional, and Fast. Sometimes ""fast"" means overpriced or compromise on quality, however not with 512ROOFS. You will be glad you called them. More so I believe you will be impressed with his knowledge and craftsmanship.

Detailed Version:
Jay Pollack roofed my parents house about 20 years ago as a young professional. Actually he roofed their entire neighborhood. I figured it was worth trying to track him down to see if he was still in the business. As luck would have it, he was. I own my own house now and was pretty sure we could use a new roof.

Jay came out to inspect our roof and we sat down for a consultation. One big thing I value about Jay, at 512ROOFS.COM is that he is honest. He told me there were a few spots that ""could"" be repaired, however that the roof did not necessarily need replacing yet. He informed me that the current roof would be good for a couple more years. I decided I wanted to have him do the job anyway to get it done.

Jay has been in the business for a long time, he is honest, he doesn't cut corners, and he is fast. He also goes the extra mile. His material supplier loaded the supplies on the rooftop as to not block our driveway. His crew was here the following day and very courteous. I didn't even get a chance to see them working on the roof. By the time I arrived home from work the entire job was complete.

For most people roofs are a maintenance expense... While the roof system 512ROOFS installed is beautiful and extremely durable, I'm not one to get excited over a roof, but WOW it looks amazing, I am impressed!!!
