Five star came in with the best rate and did a super solid job. Getting a roof installed hurts the wallet, there's no way around it, you're about to spend some dough. Luckily these guys made it as painless as possible. They handled the county stuff, they cleaned everything up, they used the best materials in the industry, and they busted it out quick. They were pro and delivered just like they said they would. When it was done I felt happy and pumped on what they did.

Having construction done at your house can really suck but they worked with me to make me happy and I really appreciate it. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their roof done.

Mike and 5 Star Roofing saved the day for us. In early August our original roofer increased his bid on the day he was scheduled to start a complete re-roofing job and I had to scramble quickly to find another roofing company, immediately calling Mike who had provided a quote to me one year prior (he wasn't the lowest, but it was the most thorough quote at the time). Mike immediately responded to my request and was able to put me into his busy summer schedule in a reasonable time frame. I'm so glad things worked out the way they did! Mike's team did an outstanding job on the roof, utilizing excellent materials, leaving the site clean, and coordinating very well with our existing solar company who had to remove and reinstall the panels around the reroofing job. I highly recommend 5 Star Roofing for a quality, high professional job.

After a couple of severe winter roof damage we finally were able to have 5 Star Roofing come to our very remote home. We decided to go with a metal roof as opposed to a composite roof and Michael and his team were able to maneuver our tricky compound angled roof. It looks beautiful and we're looking forward to many years with this roof. The team were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. I am in the process of selling my current home and buying a new one. I had Mike Sperling from 5-Star Roofing come out to do the inspection on my current house. He was on time (important for me), efficient, very professional, friendly, and explained the condition of my roof in terms I could understand. The quote he gave for repairs was very reasonable. When the time came for the repairs, the 5-Star team arrived on time, and did their work quickly and without bothering me. I've also used Mike at 5-Star to inspect the roofs of two houses I was/am hoping to buy. 5 Star Roofing just completed a large job in Lake Wildwood. After 5 bids I decided to go with Michael Sperling and crew. He knows his roofing. We removed shakes and replaced with TL composition (thick stuff). Our roof is large (6,000 sq. foot house, plus garage and play house) with lots of cuts. We added some solar panels and Michael worked well with our solar company. We also have a large bay window with a true radius roof. The other bidders all freaked about how the radius would turn out with the thick TL composition. Not only was Michael great to work with throughout the project, he was the only roofer who recommended a metal roof over that area. It looks fabulous with the composition and was just the right solution. Unlike the other bidders, Michael is a great communicator; we could reach him by email, text, phone and he responded quickly and comprehensively. His pricing was fair and clean-up was thorough. I am sure if you go to his facebook page (at 5-Star Roofing) you will see pics of our beautiful new roof in Lake Wildwood (Penn Valley).
