UPDATE: Business, by and through its attorney, induced us into executing a settlement agreement with the promise of refunding 100% of our prepayment and reimbursing us for court costs in the small claims lawsuit we filed against them.  Said agreement required wire/ACH of the promised funds within 48 hours of full execution of the agreement. Agreement was fully executed on December 01, 2021.  We have yet to receive required wire/ACH payment as of this writing December 10, 2021.  Business alleged technical issues even though business' bank, Chase Bank, confirms no anomalies with their wire/ACH system.  Business' attorney attempted to unilaterally change agreement and impose upon us to accept a check from business, a material breach of our agreement's requirement of a wire/ACH.

Journey, Laura and Ken are the best people we could have hired! Our home was almost destroyed in August by a F0 storm and these people were right there and have been through the whole process. Journey helped me with finishes, granite colors, placement of walls, things I never had thought of, she walked me through it.

We had a water heater break in our house and it leaked under our flooring. Laura came out and reviewed the damage and was very friendly and professional. We decided to use this company based on a recommendation from NextDoor. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Everyone that we spoke with was very helpful and polite. I could not recommend this company more. They even helped (more than help) with navigating the treacherous waters of an insurance claim. Thank you everyone at 4XTream for your hard work. I will absolutely be using you for our future projects.

Photos don't lie and screen shots from invoice do not lie. I challenged this contractor to provide proof where I asked him to cover any water damage. We still live in the property. Followed contractor's advice and hired an attorney to get my money back from him. Sent 60 day demand letter that went answered, gave him plenty of time to address our concerns. In the process to initiate lawsuit against him. According to new contractor used, that completed inspection requested by our attorney to determine work performed and damages, we paid this contractor $21,000.00 and only received $7,515.92 of work after damages.
This contractor tried to post our address online and called us cheap (kept photos of his online posts). On top of that accused us of fraud (without any proof). I am uploading a few more photos. We gave this roofer plenty of time to finish project (three months), asked him repeatedly to come walk through the property to inspect his work and review invoice (all requests went unanswered). Decided to finally hired an attorney after his constant excuses to not finish work.
He mentions ""standards of service"", they never finished work, returned any of our emails, phone calls or text messages. performed unauthorized work (from this contractor: ""So, either you could have paid $3500.00 for me to redue the sheetrock and texture again, or I could have tarped your chimney in the Rain. We choose to tarp the Chimney in the rain""... *over $1400! see photo of tarp). Two more contractors certified only ""damage"" on roof was the shingles these guys ruined when they used nails on the roof!, Over 3k in damages.
One more thing I forgot to mention, we called our insurance after this contractor suggested we did. He wanted the insurance agency to approve full roof replacement. When adjuster came he said: ""roof is fairly new and it only shows regular wear and tear"" (have report to prove it). So no, there was nothing wrong with the roof and it is worth mention that we didn't hire this contractor for any roofing work... Contractor says owner (himself) was always here. He only came when he received initial payment and when insurance adjuster came here to inspect roof. Again, refused any attempt by us to review invoice, damage done by his subcontractors and craftsmanship issues.
And no, those photos are not from our garage sale. As anyone can see its construction debris that we had to pay new contractor to remove.
Funny to see all these other positive reviews after mine... Please read this contractor response to my review. Stay away from this guy. I will post an update on the lawsuit.
