Ross is the President and owner of 41:10 Construction Group LLC. With over two and a half decades running construction companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. A Texas native, he has called home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 45 years. He has been married for three decades with Karen Graham and is a dad to Bo and Codi Graham.
