Ross serves as the President and owner of 41:10 Construction Group LLC. He has been two and a half decades operating construction companies in the DFW area. A Texas native, he has resided in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 45 years. Married for 30 years with Karen Graham and is a father to Bo and Codi Graham.
