Best roofers, best price. You usually have to choose two - fast cheap or good. But these guys manage to be the center of the Vin diagram of those qualities. Best quote we got - and the one company that didn't change their quote when our start time was changed. Excellent communication. Jose is a great dude and a good man and went above and beyond in every way (including replacing a gutter they slightly bent). He helped me pick a roof color that would match my gate. He does things right and I've already recommended him to five friends. He's fast, too. Shows up on time. Cleans up the space every day. Was nice chatting with my very curious 4 year old. Btw I'm writing this 4 months after they finished a total reroof and insulting our attic because my house is so cool the AC hasn't been on in months - and it's approaching summer in the valley. It surprises me every time I walk in the house. Pretty great work and our roof looks fantastic if I do say so! Really sharp stuff.

At the end of each work day the area was left neat and clean. Any questions I had were responded to in a clear and timely manner. Ok I am very picky when choosing contractors to do major projects on my house (needless to say I was screwes one way or the other already, therefore lessons learned), Jose from 4 Seasons Roofing has been the 4th roofing contractor I talked too, and after much thought below are the reasons I went with Jose:

1- out of all the contractors, he showed genuine concern on taking care of my attic insulation by covering it with plastic to minimize dust and debris from getting into the attic.

2- Jose was very hands-on I see him with his crew on the roof doing actual work as compared to others who just let their crew do everything
3- they clean the workplace everyday, as if nothing has been going on.
4-they start early at 7AM and are very respectful of your place
5-above all very competitive pricing

Overall, Jose is very highly recommended. You will never go wrong!

I can't say more then enough of Jose's fine work, and work ethics. I started using 4 Seasons 4 years ago with a roof he put up on an extension we were doing on our home. A year later he did our garage. And most recently we finally got around to doing our home. I've recommended him to friends who were also happy with his work. He's honorable, trustworthy and one of the nicest guys you'll ever met. It really is a pleasure to know him and work with him. He's A#1 in my husband's and my book. We needed some minor repairs to our otherwise healthy roof.  Jose and Lupe came to our rescue very quickly.  Jose did the job fast and was very fair in his pricing.  I am very happy that I called this great family owned business.   I know that when it is time for a brand new roof in a few more years I will be calling 4 Seasons Roofing.  Tip Top! Jose and his team replaced our home's roof and did a fantastic job. The communication during the planning stage was outstanding and the price quote was very fair. The team cleaned up at the end of each day and were very friendly to our two dogs. The work was efficient and the result was absolutely outstanding. About 35 years ago I worked in the roofing industry for several years and so am familiar with common practices. Recently I needed to put a new roof on my own residence and, after acquiring several estimates, decided to hire 4 Seasons Roofing. I was impressed with the owner/estimator Jose Alvarez, who is also a proud Army veteran.

My positive impressions of Jose were rewarded with a job well done. Unlike with most other companies, Jose is a hands-on owner who was present much of the time supervising and also doing much of the actual labor. His crews (both the tear-off and the shingle) were well organized and worked efficiently, actually finishing the job ahead of schedule. The roof on my home now looks beautiful, was done correctly, and my yard was well-cleaned of all debris.

I can't recommend Jose's 4 Seasons Roofing enough. I am a very satisfied customer.

Jose and his team were very professional and helpful from the start. Provided a free estimate and was on time. Good follow-up and communication throughout. Finished job in one day, taking hardly any breaks. Stayed until the job was finished and cleaned up well after job was done, so no mess left for me. By the way, they use their own crew, not a sub-contracted crew. Felt I got what I paid for. He followed-up after the job was done to make sure I was completely satisfied, impressive touch.
