Candidly, this family run business is a breath of fresh air. Ever and his wife Lauren are honest, responsive and the quality of work is IMPECCABLE. They don't cut corners! (I did my research). His pricing is extremely fair and he's very honest when giving an evaluation of the issue at hand. Whether it's roofing or balcony surfacing work, we'll never use anyone else. The recent storms revealed a gutter issue at my house. I put a request for a quote on here and Ever responded right away and came out the next day. He assessed the problem from the ground and gave me a price. The issue was not as he assessed initially so he did some troubleshooting and found the issue. He fixed it quickly and my gutter no longer spews water. I will definitely reach out again for roofing help.

Due to all the heavy rain storms I notice a leak coming in the garage & laundry room & it kept getting worse. Ever came out, found the problem right away and temporary tarp the area. Ever came out the following week after the rain took a break and completed the repairs.

Ever came by during the recent storm to do an emergency repair for me.

I discovered a leak between 2 walls. Ever was willing to come during the rain to do a temporary patch on my tile roof to stop the leak and identified the issue. I really appreciated that.

Subsequently, I had some concerns with a drip noise in the chimney that I forgot to ask him to check out. He came to check it out and did some cursory inspection.

I called Ever to come out and replace a pretty long rusted out gutter on my house. He came out a couple days later took pictures and sent me an estimate. I also called 2 other highly reviewed roofers for estimates. One of them called me back on the day they were supposed to come out and said they couldn't do the work because the house had a tile roof. I'm like, dude, you're a big roofing company, and your website literally has pictures of your guys working on tile roofs. Then, the other roofer came out for about 3 minutes and took a look at the gutter and said it would cost thousands more than Ever's estimate, and that it would involve much more work than Ever said he needed to do.

Ever on the other hand, was honest and clear about the job. He said it would take a few more days to locate the uncommon shape and size of my gutters and a week later he and his crew showed up (on time) removed the old gutter, installed the new one, and hauled off the junk. Ever painted it to match the house and checked the seals on it. Maybe 6 hours total from start to finish. Since then we have had a couple inches of rain and there are no leaks and the downspouts work perfect. I highly recommend Ever for his pricing, service, and integrity.
