I called five companies for bids on a new shingle roof. 3MG was the second bid. I told Joe Schewitzer, ""I am still taking bids. I have not hired you.""
A few days later, I awoke to sounds on top of my house. Somebody hired a roofing crew!
I still have three more bids coming in this week, but what if I get a better price? Hire another company to tear of a roof that is a few weeks old???

If you are looking for speed in the removal and installation of a roof, I was very impressed with 3MG. They had the entire roof removed; including 10 sheets of damaged plywood, replaced those, and almost had the new roof installed in a single day!
Also cool is that they have a drone that can take videos of the work being done.

We signed on with 3MG after Hurricane Milton caused damage to our home, requiring a full roof replacement as well as additional exterior and interior repairs. Our project manager was Sergio Salcido, and thanks to him the entire process was hassle free. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with our insurance company, making it a smooth experience for us. We hardly had to do anything except file the initial claim. Our inquiries were always addressed quickly, we were kept informed of what to expect throughout the entire time, and Sergio did a great job following up on any concerns we had. We were very satisfied with all the work done and the quality of materials used, both by 3MG and their subcontractors. There were a few minor delays here and there, but nothing that caused us any inconvenience. All in all, an honest and professional company to deal with and would highly recommend based on our experience.

First off the project started two weeks late. The jobsite was a mess and we got two flat tires because of nails being in our driveway. The Sales rep's customer service was poor as and he never picked up the phone.

Amazing customer service! Don Willette was great to work with. He took care of many concerns in a timely matter and was easy to get a hold of and honest. Things were easy to understand plus I have a kid with sensory needs and as you know, it's very loud when you get a new roof. Don communicated with us the whole way to let us know when things were going to get loud. The whole experience was outstanding. Use these guys if you want a great roof done right

Ms. Allie from 3MG sent out a team to complete our roof work, which rescued us after the hurricane and we feel very grateful for her customer care and support.

We wouldn't hesitate to seek out their roofing services again!

We needed a new roof in March 2024. The salesperson was ""smooth"", too much so. Against advice from another who had hired them, we hired 3MG. It took several weeks to order and receive the materials. The roof was installed throughout April 2024. A metal roof does require some additional steps but I had to call several times to get them out to continue working. Will told me the roof was finished, I have pictures to prove it was not. Finally, three months later they reinstalled my solar panels and damaged several sections of the new metal roof. That was July. I call them every 2 weeks to find out when they are replacing the damaged sections. They never call back.
Early October now and I called to report a leak. The person in the office says I was about to call, the new panels are in and we will be out Friday 10/4 to install them. Friday afternoon the same person called to say the crew didn't make it.
I took the day off to be home so I could show them the leak.
Now we are under a hurricane watch.

Awful experience. Poor workmanship, required three rip off and repairs on the top front of my house and still not right (one time because they used wrong color shingles). No permit pulled for the repairs. Workers spilled soda on roof that leaked into house and garage ceiling (never repaired), dumpster delivered to my neighbors house - and left in their front yard - on their drain field. Over $4000 in wood repairs that no one ever called me about only learned of price once I received invoice. Please view my pictures, they speak more than words. A three month ordeal, over $29,000 - and still not right.

It has been the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. To date we have paid $228,472.50. Yes Alex and Harrison are good sale man but after putting down 20% November 15th 2022 we are still trying to have our roofs completed. We paid for five roofs to be completed in 5-6 weeks November 15th 2022. Then was told work would start in February 2023. Work never started within the time frame. Two permits expired because they took so long. Every house work stopped as they had the wrong product and had to reorder. Roofs had to be redone due to poor workmanship. The owner Ozzie said that we were a priority for months. Workers showed up and left without explanation time and time and time again on every house. Tenants were beside themselves with the mess in the yard and products left in the driveway or yard for months at a time. Everyone had nails in the tires. I had to clean up at all the sites because crews threw metal, screws and nails everywhere. Grass died due to metal roof material left in the yards, access to the garage was blocked by metal and dumpster for months at a time.

Ozzie (owner) called and said he realized this was a show but promised we would be satisfied with the end result. Said he would continue working until we were happy. Now they don't return phone calls, say they will be back and don't show up. I had to call Drexel metal to see how to cover up the scratches on our ""new roof"" When I sent them pictures of my new roof they sent me paint for free to try fix the roof myself. I explained they use product that was in our yard for over 4 months and this was 3 MG's third attempt to get our roof correct.

Now they are sending me emails they are going to a collection agency for a tenant's roof that isn't competed even though I said I would once completed; deposit was $21,400. I paid out for 17th $48,100, Progress $63,705, here $77,917.50 44th $17,350 deposit and as of this date 10/16/2023 have not received a final invoice.
