Unresponsive, forever to schedule work, poor workmanship and they never answer the phone when called. It took them 4 separate trips to repair installation issues and it's still not acceptable. This company is a joke.

unresponsive to emails, missed start date, did not provide any reason, DO NOT PAY DEPOSITS BY ""ACH"" WITHDRAWALS FROM A CHECKING ACCOUNT!!! Pay by CC, pay the 3% and have the ability to dispute the charge with the CC company. STILL NO SCHEDULED START DATE after multiple inquiries.

Alex Leonard came to my home to inspect the issue I needed repaired. I received a quote from him on May 11 which I promptly accepted. I received an email from Renate Byer with a contract for the work which was signed by me and received by 3G on the 12th. I was advised that they were three to four weeks out but Colton, their production manager would schedule the job.

Four weeks later no word from 3G. I called the office and left a message to which they returned my call and scheduled the work for June 21st at 11:30 - 6 weeks after their contract was signed. Today at12:00 - no show! Called Renate who said she didn't have work scheduled for me but ""oh, no, yes . Chris was schedule. I'll call right back. "" It's now 1:15. Guess what? No call.

Made an appointment for an estimate several days out. They did not show up. No call, nothing.
I called their office to see if they were running late, Brandy told me she would call Joe and find out where he was. Never called me back. When I called yet again, she said he wanted to reschedule. So why didn't he call or, she call me back. Totally unprofessional.

Austin Pfister from 3G did a great job on some facia repairs as part of our roof replacement project. What seemed easy at first got complicated when Austin determined that the existing facia material was not cedar as it first appeared and the dimensions were not standard either. Austin worked through the issues replacing part of the facia with new cedar and reusing some of the existing material in another area being repaired. His work was awesome and left the workarea as clean as if he hadn't even been there.

We needed a screen and kick plate replaced on our Lanai and 3G was on it.

They came out within a a day or two of my call and fixed everything perfectly.

The two guys that helped were very friendly, professional and fast.

This was during the COVID-19 outbreak and they maintained social distancing which was much appreciated.

I had an appointment for an estimate. I even called the day of the appointment and the office confirmed the appointment. I spent the afternoon waiting and they never showed up. They never called back either to explain the missed the appointment or try to establish another one. I chose their competitor instead, and am extremely happy with the work they did on my home. The fact that the other company actually showed up when they were supposed to was a good start.

I took the day off work to be at home for an appointment to get an estimate and they never showed, I called and they told me the guy was tied up in a meeting, I would have understood if they had at least let me know but didn't have the courtousy to do so....not a good way to start a business relationship.

One of the best companies in town! They installed new gutters and did a new screen room at my property and I couldn't be happier! Juan Carlos did an amazing job on the gutters and Max handled the screen work and did awesome! Call these guys ASAP for any of your home exterior needs!
