Jacob was easy to work with, the work was done well and quickly, and there was even a post install inspection to double check the work and make sure the clean up was thorough and complete.

Words cannot express how appreciative to this company for the professional and quality work they provided to my aunt on March 20th 2017 . She ended up needing a whole new roof with new decking for a 40 year old multigeneration home. My aunt is a senior citizen who is very private and pretty much "" off the grid"" ( which is why I am writing on her behalf) and she is very careful and selective about who she conducts business with. I located 360 Innovations for her via Google search and they were very responsive and swift in reaching out to her and getting an estimate completed at her home. She informed me that she felt very comfortable with the staff, and commended their patience with her and helping her understand everything that was needed to be done to get her new roof on. They carefully explained how they would process the claim with her insurance company ( which was a much smoother conversation than the one she previously had with the original preferred contractor recommended by the insurance that she decided against using for this project) which put her at ease. I actually talked to her via phone while they were working that day and she admired the courteous nature of the staff and they respected her concerns and looped her into all the developments as the work was progressing throughout the day. She stated that she researched the materials they used and it was top grade. The supervisor sent a picture of the work to me once the work was completed and it was well done. They were neat and respectful of my aunt's neighbors and their property. We would highly recommend this company for residential/ commercial work for anyone you know. My family is thankful for this company taking the time to provide a quality roof with a warranty for my aunt.

I cant recommend 360 Roofing enough. They did an outstanding job with my roof in a timely manner. Donavan walked me though the process and gave guidance and recommendations along the way when dealing with the insurance company. This made it very easy for someone like myself who has a busy schedule. Moving forward I'lll be referring 360 Roofing to all my friends and family.

This is a great company. I was trying to sell a rental property and had an old water stain on the ceiling that was prior to putting a new roof on -wish I would have known this company in 2012 when the new roof was done. My buyers lending company would not approve their loan until a roofer inspected (was told this 2 days before closing). I called other companies that couldn't come out. 360 Innovations came out in a rainstorm, walked the roof, took pictures, filed the report, and I was able to sell. These guys saved me at a moments notice. It is nice to find a company with integrity that cares about people in a world of over-priced repair cost, poor customer service, and poor quality work. I will use this company to replace my roof next year and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs roof repairs. They are very caring, very respectful, show up when they say and just a big breath of fresh air. I would have been delayed and not sold if they wouldn't,t have helped me out of my jam.

Here is the result of their work of my roof sitting like this for over 2 weeks. Since this company did not come back timely the ceiling caved in due to rain ruining all of the items in that bedroom. Don't let the positive postings convince you to call them. Please take notice on what has been written here. This vendor is malicious, vindictive and threatening. I certainly hope that other people do not have to ever go through what we have been through since May.

I had my roof replaced back in 2012 through my insurance co. Last year at Thanksgiving, came home and my bedroom ceiling as leaking. Called the roofer and no response to come and fix it. Called my agent and he recommended 360 Innovations. After 6 months later fighting with other, 360 Innovations came out and fixed my problem at no charge. The gentleman fixed it and was very kind. Rained last week and guess what no leaks. Thank you guys, job well done.
