We had several leaks throughout our medical facility and paid two other roofing companies to come out and inspect our roof. Both said there was no damage and therefore no repairs to make. Of course, leaking worsened, to the point that it caused part of the ceiling in our surgery center to cave in. THAKFULLY we found 3:16. They sent Shawn to the rescue, who identified 27 tears in our roof (which I now understand wasn't easy to do). He communicated with me throughout the entire process, was HONEST (hard to find these days), showed up on time, and repaired all of them at an extremely reasonable price. Our facility will never resort to calling another roofing company again. 3:16 is the BEST. You can't go wrong.

Had my gutters installed by 3:16 roofing. Landon was an absolute gentleman to deal with. The only issue we had ran into was not enough gutter material in stock due to the supply chain issue.
I've now had my gutters for a couple months and they work flawlessly, look great on the house and my family and myself are incredibly happy about the job performed. Any other roofing jobs I may have I'll definitely be contracting 3:16 again

Without a doubt I had a five star experience and without a doubt would recommend these folks. I needed some work done to improve the ventilation of my roof via the installation of some turbine-type roof vents. From the start (initial consultation) to the finish (completion of all work) the folks were simply exceptional. I interacted with an estimator, scheduler, installers, supervisors and office staff. Literally everyone I interacted was a true joy. Granted, the work was modest compared to a complete roof replacement, but I was treated with the utmost levels of professionalism nonetheless. Regardless of the depth and breath of roof work your home needs, I recommend them unquestionably. I'm certain you will experience what I experienced. Great work Team 3:16.

I bought this house that had an older roof, which had accumulated hail damage over the years. I called 3:16 Roofing & Construction, and they had someone come for a free evaluation that same day. Cody was my project manager, and he did a thorough assessment of not just the hail damages to my roof but also the hail damages to my gutters, windows, and fence. This is my first time filing a claim with my insurance company; I felt Cody and his colleague Austin answered all of my questions and walked me through each step of the way.

When it was time to replace the roof, Cody, the owner Marcos, and their crew came early in the morning and amazingly finished the same day. Not only did they do a beautiful job, they cleaned up very well afterwards. If you are looking for a roofing company, I highly recommend them. Marcos and his staff will go over and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I had 3:16 Roofing and Construction provide a new roof for me after hail damage last year. Oh my! I don't think I've ever worked with a company more focused on customer service than them. Cody Verran and Austin DeBerry, as well as the entire team, were superb. They were honest, straight-forward, and extremely helpful. They communicated exactly what they were going to do, and then they did exactly what they said they would do. Can not thank Marcos and Cody and the entire 3:16 ""family"" enough. Although our insurance has held-up our repair process somewhat, both gentlemen have been exceptional in keeping us up to date and very well informed; and have also gone out of their way to help us with temporary ""fixes"" more than once. I trust that not only will our repairs be done right the first time but also trust that if we should need anything else in the future, we will receive the exact same care again.
