Chris came out today and he and Javier were able to pinpoint the leak as the joints in one of the intake pipes. While I am grateful that they found the issue, my rating reflects the time that it took to pinpoint the issue.

I learned about 314 Roofing Solutions while watching ""Great Day Houston"" the day after Beryl hit. I opted to request a FREE roof inspection as I knew my roof was old (nearly 21 years) and likely in need of replacement. Andy Kelly came out, took a ton of pics and some video, to show me what he'd found. He then explained, in detail, how a roof is built. It was a bit overwhelming, not because he made it so, quite to the contrary, but because I had no idea what all went into a well-built roof! I made my decision and selected my roof color (had it approved by my HOA) and we were off and running! The day was noisy, to be sure, but the crew worked hard and fast. I felt I was in capable hands the entire way - from Soup to Nuts! Working with 314 Roofing Solutions was a great experience and I was able to see first-hand why they have garnered such GREAT reviews! Every one of them is well-earned! I highly recommend working with them for any roofing needs.

This company sent an entire army out to do my roof! I am in construction myself and had no previous experience with 314 roofing before I met them through my solar company. They were all truly professional, respectful to my property, and did an amazing job! Truly! Brian was my lead contact, and he suggested some options that really made me feel good about my purchase. Not only did they protect my windows, but they put cover on my neighbors' windows. At the end they did a very detailed trash and nail pick up. Before I started working at 314 Roofing, I thought a roof was just...well, a roof.

Since then-I have learned there is a little
more to it then ""just a roof"".
A roof assembly is a better term for the different components, which give you better protection for your long term investment, which is your home.

From the decking material used depending on the location and environment of the home, the type of slope, the type of underlayment, depending on slope & location as the environmental factors mentioned above come in to play.
The type of insulation used - foam or no foam, which corresponds to the air flow moving both in and out through the home and the selection of proper ventilation choices a consumer has...geesh-not counting the aesthetic appearance ...this is just a fraction of a few factors which have to be taken into consideration.

314 has made me an educated consumer -If you are looking for residential roof repair, I wouldn't hesitate to call 314 Roofing.

314 Roofing is the absolute gold standard of roofing inspection, roofing repair, and roofing installation. When I recently noticed water stains on the sheetrock ceiling in my garage closet, a quick visual inspection revealed that I had a serious soft spot in the roof and that flashing incorrectly installed by the builder was most likely the root cause for these problems. I contacted three roofing companies to obtain quotes for the necessary repairs. Two of the companies I contacted didn't even put a ladder on the house nor make any attempt to get on the roof and determine the extent of the damage. When I called 314 Roofing, the owner, Andy Kelly, and two of his foreman showed up at 8a the next day and spent over an hour on top of my house inspecting the roof. After completing their inspection, Andy and his lead foreman, Homer Valencia, spent another hour showing me high-res color photos and videos of the areas of my roof that they deemed problematic and in need of repair. Needless to say, 314 Roofing got the job and these guys worked tirelessly for two days making sure the damaged areas of my roof were properly repaired. They even went to the trouble to paint all of the existing lead boots and vents protruding through the roof to make everything look aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Cannot recommend 314 Roofing highly enough!! True professionals who care about the quality of their work and truly want to do things right the first time, no matter how much time and effort that involves. Photos of my roof both before and after the repair show the amazing job that 314 Roofing did on my house. They matched the shingle color so closely it's virtually impossible to tell the roof was even repaired. Thanks for fixing my roof, Andy and Homer! You guys are simply the best!
