Update July 24: We reached a resolution with the Central Texas Dispute Resolution Center. 3 Rivers agreed to reimburse us for the disconnected water heater vent and refund us the difference in the ridge vent and ridge cap based on the estimates from State Farm. They are also confirming the presence of the valley metal. We appreciate 3 Rivers time in working to reach an agreement.

I've been watching this company grow and I'm seeing there worksites around town. Living in an area that gets hail somewhat regularly means that we get our share of fly-by night companies swoop in every time there's a hail storm. Going with this super local company is the way to go. The local owners are well known and from what I have seen over many years, are greatly invested in the corridor community.
