Recently bought a very old house with poor roofing. When I decided to replace it whole I quoted multiple companies.
I known every roof is unique and my roof is the one. We have pretty large and sloping roof so the cost easily adds up . There are there different kinds of companies. One kind is only willing to do the simplest work with average pricing. Another one is charging you a leg and arm with financing but delivering average even lower quality.
So lucky I find Esvin. He gave me straight up price ( I think it's industrial average) and delivered a great job. He explained everything before every step what he is going to do. He cares what he is doing. And the weather was on our side. He managed to finish it in time. I am happy with my money spent. He deserves it. We want more businesses like this in our community.

I had several estimates, General Contractor, American roofing company and i finally chose Esvin because his price is the best and he is nice to communicate with. The most important is they are a family owned company, even the boss is working. You don't pay extra money on the administration costs, office costs, secretary cost, etc. They were honest and provided a reasonable price and a good work which lasts long time.

We had some moisture and leaks happening in January in two areas of our home. Esvin was very quick to respond to my inquiry and came out to inspect and give a quote. He deduced that the leaks may have originated because the flashing on the chimney was shot. He also felt that the seal around the vents on the roof was degrading. Our roof is on the older end and I really thought he was going to try to upsell or scare me into immediately replacing the roof but no .... He was honest. He repaired a small area and he even filled in the cracks on my chimney as a bonus. I was not expecting that. Many rain storms later and no more problems. Two weeks after the project, we needed to open up a small section of the roof for insulation. We thought that area was uninsulated. Called Esvin and he was happy to do it even though it was small job and that he's busy with his other projects. He doesn't do insulation but since the insulation people wouldn't open the roof, and there's no access to the area within the house. Esvin showed up with the team and carefully opened up a small section. Turned out insulation was there but because of the way that section of the house was built, he can't stuff more insulation in there. His team patched up the area nicely with new shingles. We offered the commission but he declined the full amount discussed because he said his team didn't have to do much since the insulation was already there.

Esvin was honest and we appreciate him and his team for showing up, even though he didn't have to add any insulation. From my previous review, the workmanship of his team was remarkable. On top of that, I believe their professionalism and honesty are something that all clients would appreciate and value. If you need an honest, friendly, and professional team to take on a roofing project, you need to look no further. Esvin's team will be be your go-to!

24/7 Roofing is a very nimble roofing company led by Esvin. I needed a roofer to do a lift and re-lay to prepare my roof for a future solar installation. I asked 3 other roofing companies for a quote. Two companies sent their salesmen in clean polo shirts and quoted me $20K+. One company owner came, did not climb onto my roof to evaluate, and quoted me around $10K base with potential increases for wood replacements, etc. Esvin's quote was reasonable and included wood replacements and vents. I picked 24/7 Roofing and Esvin because he was knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. He came to my house to give me a quote after another nearby project with dirty hands and clothes. I was impressed because I'd rather have the company owner working with and supervising his crew. He and his crew were on time and always cleaned up the site throughout the project. There were a couple of times when I had to remind him about some meeting times but I have to remind myself that he owns a nimble company. So he is the owner, foreman, salesman, and admin all in one. Overall, I was happy with the roofing result and would definitely recommend Esvin and 24/7 Roofing.
