24/7 Restoration & Roofing came by my house, they were offering free inspections. I set an appointment and Tyler came by on time and was extremely professional and really took the time to explain all of the elements of my roof and what he saw and explained to me that even though I had a couple storm in my area, my roof didn't have enough damage at this time to file a claim. I went ahead and signed up with them so that they can track and my home and let me know the next time a storm is in my area so that they can reinspect. They followed up with me afterwards and to ensure that any questions I might have were resolved. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to replacing my roof with them when the time comes.

Run!!!!and if you have already had service, please get a certified professional home inspector to check your home. Aside from attempting to commit insurance fraud, they did horrible work. If Gregory said the word ""supplement"" to you. Get an inspection. I filed a complaint with TDLR, Texas Attorney General and in process of filing insurance fraud and suing. Horrible! Gregory has not responded to any of my complaints and shows no concern. I complained before getting an inspection, to no avail. My bathroom and ceiling have water damage AGAIN as a result of Gregory's neglect and poor choice of contractors. The first pictures show what happened during home inspection after Gregory did work. The next pictures show the horrible job that I complained about that Greg failed to address. Mold mediation never happened. Instead they cut out holes in the subfloor and didn't fully replace it. They did a lot of bad work. They even washed the paint rollers and brushes in my other bathroom sink! Look at the pictures.
