If you have ever had anything that sounded larger than a rodent in your attic, you know the panicky feeling. When this happened to us, we wanted to find a company with a quick response time. We searched for a company that would come out within the hour, set up a plan to remove the animal(s), assess the damage, and tell us what they needed to do to fix the problem. Their cost to remove the animals and repair was astronomical. Repair included applying ridge vent covers to 260 linear feet of ridge vents on the roof.

We decided to get more opinions regarding repair. Since 21st Century had replaced the shingles in 2009, we contacted them. Kap, the sales associate, inspected everything very thoroughly. He said the ridge vents were fine. but that we should have four roof vents replaced.

They replaced the vents, and we haven't heard any animals in the attic since then. I highly recommend 21st Century, and we especially appreciate the meticulous efforts on Kap's part.

I had a separate issue where a part of my chimney came undone and the kind people of 21st Century fixed it for free. I put a home ceiling job out to bid on Yelp for interior water damage at my home; this was an insurance claim. The job consisted of repair, texture, prime and paint of a large vaulted type ceiling. 21St Century promptly responded and sent Mike out for a free estimate. He was on time for the estimate and was only here around five minutes, was very professional. We had the ceiling done on another occasion to remove the popcorn texture. You could see all of the scrape marks and imperfections, was very noticeable. Mike immediately realized that the ceiling was probably done with a high sheen paint instead of flat ceiling paint that would hide the imperfections. I had other contractors bid the job that didn't have a clue why the ceiling showed so many imperfections; made total sense to me.
I was put on a short waiting list and within two weeks, we set the date with an estimate of 1-1/2 days to complete the work.
The crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day. They covered all of my interior items and there was no mess. They worked fast and professional and the job was completed in one day. This is important because you want to minimize the amount of time you are displaced.
We were very pleased with all the work that was done. I think they came in about $200 higher than the other bids. However, they have such strong Yelp reviews, I went with 21st Century and it was the correct decision. I submitted the invoice they gave me to my insurance company and there were no problems with the job. Stick with Yelp reviews and not a few dollars, it is worth it! I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Mike and his team were super professional, on time, went the extra mile even when we had annoying last-minute requests (paint a room half one color and half another at the end of the project). We also changed colors multiple times, and Mike and his crew were really accommodating. They did a flawless job painting our entire 2300 sq ft home, and I've never had a better experience with a contractor. We plan to use them again to paint the exterior of the home in several months. I'd give 21st Century 6 stars if it was possible.

Really appreciate Mike's customer service. The team also came back quickly to touch up any bits my client had found. I have rarely referred the same painting company multiple times. I think I've referred 4 clients to them at this point. This seems to be a really good outfit.

These guys are the best! They are currently painting my house and have 1 day left of trim painting and touch ups before being done. My interior was already painted white by previous owners but I just wanted a full refresh. Gary brought paint chips to my house to help me pick out a fresher shade of white. Javier and his crew are very professional, polite, punctual, clean and great at their jobs. They pay incredible attention to detail and go above and beyond. They took out a saw and fixed one of my doors that wouldn't close due to the carpet being too thick. Can't speak more highly of a group. They also had the best pricing and reviews I could find after contacting 6 other companies. 10/10

I used Yelp to find this company. They came and did the estimate in early June and scheduled me for July. Professional and very efficient. Good workmanship. Highly recommended!!! They replaced old trim with Hardie and painted all exterior. Their bid was close to everyone else but I relied on good yelp rating to pick them over others.
