Install crew was top notch, performed exactly what was described with the materials that were described. All in all a top notch experience with a great crew! Oh, and a great price on great shingles

If I could give more stars I would. This company is the best at customer service and quality workmanship. As a background- I had one of the worst experiences ever with another roofing company which had good salesman but could care less about the quality of work it did after it sold you its services. Items not to code, rotted and molded wood not replaced, visible dips which would gather water even after the first rain. It was SO bad that I had to have 1st National Roofing come in and completely redo the roof. They were professional and expressed genuine concerned about what my needs and wants were. It was very reasonable on its priced, especially considering it used the highest quality materials which far exceeded industries standards. They were even able to schedule my job very quickly to minimize the lost work the other company had caused my general contractor and to prevent further damage to the rood due to the other company's substandard work.
In less than a week since 1st National Roofing LLC, completed the project, I have had many neighbors ask about my roof and tell me it was the sharpest looking one in the who neighborhood. I especially want to think Randy Rankin, the inspector and coordinator of the project, David Lopez the crew leader, and David's crew whose workmanship was excellent in every sense of the word.
I am having my house renovated and the 1st National Roofing crew went out of their way to coordinate with my general contractors to ensure a seamless work flow for both crews during the housing install. These guys know their business, are professional, genuinely concerned on doing the job right and make sure ALL the customer's needs are meet. I could not be happier and would recommend their services to anyone who is needing roof work. They also work with your home insurance carrier in cases of storm, wind and hail damage. By far this has been the best service experience of any home contractor I have ever had.

I had two guys, Keenan and Shawn, knock on my door and offer to do an inspection. Typically I'd have shot them down right away. However; I knew I needed a new roof and was interested in what they might do. They did amazing leg work to get my insurance approved replacement. I gave 3 other companies the chance to do the same thing at the same time. They all said they'd never be able to accommodate what we wanted to accomplish. Those two guys were there throughout the process. They watched their crew make a couple mistakes, and ""called them out on it,"" and got the correct work done. Kudos to them. The roof looks great. I've recommended the company to many neighbors now who are doing the same thing. They have great Yelp reviews all the way around. So far, we totally agree. Very friendly. They even helped carry my elderly dog out of the house for my wife.

We hired 1st National Roofing after watching them redo our neighbors roof. Many houses in our neighborhood located in Suwanee GA had the recalled atlas shingles installed. They sent Sam Dennis to my home to inspect and recommend what was best for our situation. Sam was very professional, prompt and knew his profession really well. After finding few damaged and warped shingles he explained and engineered with detailed video what we needed to do next. I was very impressed with Sam's work and I am pretty hard to impress. So after 2 weeks later dealing with insurance, I HAVE BRAND NEW BEAUTIFUL ROOF! My wife is happy with the new roof and already been approached by few neighbors complimenting and asking us who we used. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Sam Dennis.

I had an interaction with these people outside of the office and all I can say is ATTITUDE!!! You should NOT advertise your business on your car if you don't intend on representing that business inside and out. I will NEVER use this company. I have never had someone be as rude to me as the lady was this morning, yelling at me from her car, while her male passenger laughed. I am disgusted at these people!

It's a legit company because you maybe have a lot of people ring the bell to offer roof replacement. Watch the after math after the roof replacement is done. We got our plant died hit by the debris, our patio wood chipped and nails on the yard. Check your gutter as well. Be ready to call your satellite dish technician and pay the service call if you don't have protection plan.
