You had an employee doing a job at 13640 HICKORY RUN LN
FORT MYERS FL 33912 yesterday. I watched him drive his truck through part of my lawn leaving a rut. While, I realize things happen the least this driver should have done was knock on my door and apologize instead if driving away thinking no one was home but I was and had to drive down to this job site and confront him. He was very unprofessional about the whole thing and didn't even say sorry but acted like I was making it a big deal. I think it's pretty sorry that your employee driving a truck with your company's name and number on it would act like that. The owner who you are doing the job for saw it too.

My ceiling was damaged by no tarp put on when shingles were removed and the men sat on my front yard eating and rain came in for less than 10 minutes untarped . Water damaged thru out my home ceilings and still 7 months later work has not been completed. Highly recommend not to use this company!!! Bedroom ceiling still leaking after 3 visits to fix and now with hurricane too busy to return calls

We encountered a wind/ hailstorm that damaged my roof shingles we had 1st Class Roofing go out and George was awesome he went through all issues explained what had happened and why, as well what could happen if neglected and left unfixed. They gave me options to utilize insurance and dealt with insurance directly themselves for me it was a flawless, effortless and stress-free situation and there was endless communication and pics showing every step in the process. Truly loved their work and being in the construction industry myself you get a feel for who's good and who's not these guys are the real deal! You must remember you get what you pay for, there not cheap, but there competitive but at the end You want a good durable clean long-lasting job using good quality materials. I have recommended to many in our community, and many have used them with same experience.

yea After the hurricane came through , this was a blessing come true and the professalism and quality was per formed to my roof ...the name of this company was surely accuarrt . I would highly reccomend them

Outstanding company to work with, they stand behind their work. Great customer service throughout the whole process.
Glenn was great to work with and all the office staff as well.
True professionals!

They quoted me a job with 3 parts to it and only did 1 part of the work. They are refusing to adjust the quote for the work done and want me to pay full price. Ive had to file a complaint with BBB and who knows what will become of this bad situation. I will update my review once i go through the complaint process but I will not recommend them to anyone because of this headache.

Highly recommend this company if you need your roof done. Reasonably priced, no hidden fees. Very competent work crew, showed up on time everyday until the job was done. Cleaned the property daily. Office staff handled all the paperwork and are super friendly. Awesome Job !!

We were set up to do the roof after Irma, but had to cancel. We called a year later to get it done and even with out any storms the price had gone up $500, on limited income, so disappointed, but signed and with in two weeks they were here, roof done really well in a day, at the promised price, and from the photo's it was way worse under the singles than we ever thought. When we bought the home, the inspector said we had a good 5-6 years with the roof, but under the shingles, there was a huge amount of rot!! Surprised we are not having more problems than we do!! Great job, nice workers, even helped us out by getting us a loan so we could get the work done!

I regret having to leave this review, but it was earned.
I will preface this by saying it's entirely possible they do good work. But we never got that far.
I also made a youtube review, it's easier:

1st Class Roofing had done an estimate on my roof. It took a week & 2 phone calls to get them to Email me my estimate, but that is understandable. They were very busy at the time.
The ""fun"" came when I tried to get them to send me a copy of a W9 form. My mortgage company requires a W9 form from whatever contractor I use before they will endorse the check from the insurance company (grown up stuff, right? Sheesh!)
Getting a W9 from 1st Class Roofing proved impossible.
Here is how it went:
October 16th 4:40 PM I left a voice message to ask for a W9, no one called me back about it.
October 18th 9:56 AM- The woman told me that ""she does not know how to do that, but she will put a NOTE IN HERE to have someone else do it."" That was it. We hung up and I waited.
October 20th 1:32 PM- ""I put the note in & I spoke to the other girl. She will get to it as quick as she can."" She then went to double check the Email & said she no longer saw the note about the W9 in my file so it must have already been sent to me. But I didn't get it. She then ""added it again"" to my account. So it seems we REsubmitted for me to get a W9. She told me that ""It had been checked off as complete so she most likely has already sent it."" I combed through my spam while on the phone with her, but didn't see it. The proposal came through my Email earlier so no reason it would be in the Spam. But I went ahead & agreed that it was Possible that it was lost in mail world. I hung up & waited some more.
October 23rd 11:23 AM- I apologized for being a hassle but did not know what else to do. Was told ""I put it in there for her to do, and I know it was gone once before & we put it back in, so I assume she had already sent it. That's the only reason she would have marked that task off."" And then told me that the woman who does the W9s is now out of town for a week & she is the only one in company who knows how to do it. She told me once again ""I am almost positive she would have sent it cuz it was marked off."" Again, I gave the benefit of the doubt that it may have been lost in Email world.
So I waited. For 11 days
November 1st 11:40 AM
I started the conversation with an apology and asked if the person who can give me the form is back from vacation. She said ""Let me see about getting that for you."" & I was on hold.
She comes back & asks me for the ""Contact information for the mortgage company."" Which I had never been asked for before. All I was after was a W9 form.
She then says that they can fax it to the mortgage company, which was not going to help me.
I explain to her that I have to send it to the mortgage company myself & asked her to send it directly to me.... back on hold.
I am told that it's fine, they can send it to me. But they ""need a contact name at the mortgage company."" This is new information. Apparently now they needed ""The specific person you are sending it to.""
After 3 minutes on hold she comes back & I am told ""What she needs is the contact name & the address."" I don't understand how they were able to have supposedly sent me this form last week without all this info that they all of the sudden need. I was not sure which address they needed. So they told me it's the ""main address."" which was a PO box. That's what's on my mortgage statements. So I give the info. She then puts me on hold to make sure a PO box is acceptable.
She says that's all she needs and the form will be sent to me.
I make her verify my Email with me.
All is good. I hang up & wait... nothing happens.
This was a 14 minute conversation.
I call and leave a message late that night so that they will get it first thing on the morning of November 2nd.
The message begins with yet another apology for bothering them. I inform them nothing showed up in my Email. I told them if someone could please double check it & get it to me that day that I would not call them or bother them about it. I told them I checked my spam folders just in case. I also gave them an additional Email they could maybe send it to. I told them if I did not get the form or get a call from them on Thursday that I would be calling again on Friday.
No response.
November 3rd 11AM ""I have told the woman about it & she has just been extremely busy. She will be into the office in about an hour & I will remind her again.""
I offered to drive to their location to get the form cuz I just wanted to move forward. I was informed that ""she has been so busy that it's just been hard to get the form ready.""
I said ok. And I gave up. I think they are full of shit.
That was 9 days ago
I know the owner is going to respond to this. All I can say is I gave every benefit of the doubt. I was patient & understanding. This happened.

1st Class Roofing was a very knowledgeable company. The workers were very good at what they did. The price was very competitive and were very accommodating to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roofing done or repaired.
